Great space, great location, great value

For the money, I'd say this spot is hard to beat.

The unit was immaculate, had no problem with any of the technical stuff (appliances, HVAC, internet, TV, etc - all worked fine), the furnishings were tasteful (albeit a little "executive suite-y), and the location was great.

There was garage parking under the building. We didn't use our car once while there, and were able to walk to any spot we wanted to get to - Washington Park, Nob Hill / Northwest District, the river, etc.

The view was very nice, both from the living room and the master bedroom. Nighttime was gorgeous with the rain and lights.

The couch is a little tired and is likely nearing the end of its life, and the drain in the master bathtub seemed lazy, but again, for the money, I doubt there are many spots that come close. Even disregarding the value, the unit is very nice and the location is fantastic.

Would not hesitate to book again and was grateful for the opportunity to stay. My family and I had a great time.

Gave it 5 stars because the overall combination of location, the quality of the unit itself, and the value represented by the unit. It's not the most "unique" or charming property in the world, but for what it is, it's a gem.

Prime location

Loved the downtown location & didn't need to rent a car. Great view & walk ability. Thick towels & comfortable beds. Will definitely book this apt again.

Fantastic Location

The location of this condo was simply the best. We were able to walk to dinning, shopping and even Target for cold medicine. It was a very quiet unit with an amazing view of the city. Perfect place to enjoy 2 nights with old girlfriends.

Great spot for a Boys Beer Trip to Porland

Unit and building were very easy to find with convenient access to everything--1 block from the Max Light Rail (Red Line.) Beds were firm but comfy, bathrooms had basic toiletries and the kitchen had all the basics, though we didn't use any of them. Only real "nuisance" was we had to take out all of the trash upon departure--not a deal breaker, just something I haven't seen before. And be warned: in the winter time the floor to ceiling glass windows make it much colder in the room than you'd expect--bring sweatshirts!!!

Convenient, comfortable and accommodating! Amazing view!

Awesome visit to 950 SW 9th Ave. Portland, OR during the recent snow storm! Limited driving options because Portland refuses to treat their streets for ice and/or forewarned! Not to worry.......thanks to this ideal location, we were able to walk to the wedding and the reception as well as multiple restaurants and grocery and retail stores (including Les Schwab to purchase a set of chains for our vehicle)! Thanks Portland.......Cheers to Stay Alfred!! You're the BEST!!!
