About this property

Our Home is newly renovated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom plus there is a new pool and Hot Tub on the salt water canal good for fishing
Located in a quiet family neighborhood just minutes to Beach, along with multiple other beautiful beaches like: Boca Raton, Delray beach and Ft Lauderdale.
There are two kayaks for you to use two fishing poles to fish in front of the house on the deck there are also two bicycles.
The house is located on a quiet canal just 15 min with kayak to Al Capone Island
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, TV, master closet. The Master bathroom is attached with dual sinks and a shower/bath tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed, night stand and closet. The third bedroom has a queen beds with a large closet. There are 2 more full bathroom for guest bedrooms. There is also Family Room close with glass door for privacy with two twin beds use as 4th bedroom
Laundry area with a washer and dryer. The living room has a sofa, loveseat and flat screen tv with cable and WIFI.
Relax on the patio at a table for six with an umbrella 6 lounge chairs and gas BBQ There is a large front yard and the backyard is fenced in for privacy, with Tiki Hut and Circular driveway. There are linens for up to 10 guests, sheets for all of the beds.
Vacuum, as well as other household cleaning items. We have high chair and pack -n- play. Regular housekeeping is available at an additional charge. Arrangements can be made with Denise There are beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella.

Great Location!

Loved the location, our family walked to the cove on multiple occasions. The beach is about a 20 min walk but doable! Our family enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks and spent lots of time fishing off the dock. Geno is super responsive, any issues we had he addressed them immediately.

Perfect location, close to the beach but still in a quiet community.

Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach is a short walk over the lift bridge. The place has a nice pool and relaxing hot tub. We grilled almost every night. We spent most of the time outside around the pool and never turned on a TV. It was relaxing and everything we were looking for in a vacation.

2024 Vacation

We stayed for the month of February 2024. Starting with positives, location is fantastic, 10 minute walk to the Cove Plaza and 20 minutes to the beach. Great neighborhood and no issues with neighbors. The Host (Property Manager) was very responsive when called to fix things. On the negative side was we had issues (HVAC leaking, toilet leaking, some work on the deck, etc) which the Property Manager fixed right away and no issue during the rest of our stay. The house was not cleaned well and I ended up hiring a cleaning service on my own during the 2nd week who did a great job. Would be a great house if maintained and some upgrading was done.

Great Location

Loved the location. The pool and hot tub were great. We did buy some new pans and a cooler and left them for future guests to use. Overall a great vacation.

Family visit

The layout of the house is perfect for a family. Primary bedroom at one end and family bedrooms at the other—each with its own bathroom. The kitchen was a good size and the living room was ample and exceptionally comfy. Nice high chair and portacrib for our toddler. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely. We especially enjoyed the large supply of pool toys. We also loved sitting on the shade under the palapa. Gino was very responsive to texts.
