House Rules: Policies in the apartment
1. Check-out time in the apartment is 12:00 pm (noon), ie, no matter what time you arrived to the apartment, it should be free on the check-out date until 12:00 pm. Staying in the apartment after 12:00 is negotiated with the manager in advance and paid for separately. If you delay the check-out, each additional hour is charged by 10% of the daily value, if the apartment is free. If the apartment is going to be occupied by the other guests and the delay is due to late check-out and prevents next guest's check-in, the deposit will not be returned !!!
2. If you for some reason have not been able to go back by the hour of departure and did not pass the keys to the apartment, a security deposit (bail) will not be refunded, provided that you leave the apartment or any things for their storage will be charged in amount equal to 5000 tenge per day of storage (days are counted from the first hour)
3. Security deposit (bail) will not be refunded if the apartment at the time of the departure has broken home furnishings, furniture, appliances, etc. Security deposit is not refundable in case of absence of any of the given interior items, furniture, household appliances, etc.
4. If on the phone with a manager, you have agreed on a period of residence, and upon arrival to the apartment you change while in the smaller side, the price of the apartment can be changed in a big way, as You could be given a discount due to the long term.
5. If you want to extend your stay in an apartment paid over the term, it is possible only if the apartment is on these dates have not yet been booked. In order to extend the stay in the apartment you have to declare it and to pay for the extension of days in advance. If you are unable to pay in advance, but you are sure that you will renew their stay, we keep the apartment on the basis of an oral statement, but in the case of failure to renew at least 5 days before the end of the paid term deposit is not refundable! REQUEST to understand the item, because of YOUR request for renewal we refuse other clients.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, if the apartment at the time of the inspection of our staff finds the smell of smoke, will be charge 10000 tenge. DO NOT walk around the apartment in the shoes !!!
7. Please carefully treat the furniture and household appliances, without prejudice to the internal arrangement of the apartment, because after you will live other people who also like you, deserve a comfortable living conditions.
8. Our company provides free cleaning and linen change 1 time in seven days, it is mandatory, please treat with understanding the fact that we have to check the condition of the apartment and keep it clean.
9. Accounting documents (receipt, contract, certificate of completion) you can get in the office, or we will deliver them to you by a courier during your stay by prior arrangement with our manager.
WARNING: The apartments are not intended for celebrations, parties and any other events, as well as loud music or any other noise. In case of violation of the rules of this paragraph, as well as in case of violation of generally established rules of public order, we have the right to evict you without the return of payment and collateral.
