The living room has vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, a queen sleeper sofa, and access to the screened porch. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your vacation meals! Enjoy captivating tennis views while dining at the adjacent kitchen table.

A peaceful retreat, the bedroom features a king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, and ample closet space. The renovated hall bathroom offers a bathtub/shower combo.

Sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail on the lovely screened porch. This area overlooks the tennis courts and provides cozy seating and a ceiling fan to keep cool.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Perfect Tennis Vacation

My husband and I stayed here for a tennis tournament and this property was everything that we needed. The property management communication was top notch and checking in/out could not have been easier. We hope to come back very soon!

Great location if you want to play tennis

Perfect Tennis/Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was immaculate and the setting was great. We were courtside and ended up playing one day right next to home. Akers Ellis handled everything very well, including the bike rentals. Instructions were crystal clear. Couldn't have been happier about the rental.
