A buddy and myself rented this apartment to have a place to stay during a guys weekend that focused on the Monday night football game. The instructions from Stay Alfred were easy to use and understand and made self check in a breeze. The home was easy to get to by train and we did not rent a car at all. All the fun around Union Station is walk-able and anyplace we wanted to get too a little further away was an easy train ride or Uber away. There was everything we needed in the house and there is even a grocery store in the building as well as a Starbucks. Very convenient. We played bocce one afternoon, but we did not try the pool even though it did look very nice. I highly recommend this spot.
Location is great car or no car. Price break down was misleading. No toilet paper at all and batteries for both remotes were dead. Only one key...not good if party wants to separate.
Our Elan Union Station stay was fantastic. It was a business trip and the unit was perfect for the four of us. Staying here far exceeds renting a hotel room. The group was able to hang out by the pool and process the work done all day. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely book again the next time I'm in Denver.
Great place to stay in the heart of everything. Just a five minute walk to Coord Field and lots of fun bars and restaurants. The condo is very nicely furnished with basically two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Everything you need to make you feel at home. A huge grocery store in the base of the building was an added bonus. Sushi, Starbucks, and a full service grocery. Would definitely come back and stay here again.
We originally were staying at one of your properties around the corner this unit had no hot water so we got moved to another building that then had no air conditioning. We called and your customer service team communicated to us that unless it was 86 degrees in the unit there was nothing they could do. It was 82 degrees! We had to then check out of this unit and pay for a hotel. Although your team did refund some of our money we actually wound up spending so much more because we had to get last minute rooms. . It was just a terrible experience we lost money for a deposit for the Cogs Railroad into the mountain as we had to cancel last minute due to the first move, We then spent most of our day arguing with your customer service person before she would allow me to speak to a Manager that could refund "some" of our money so we could afford to move to a hotel with Air Conditioning.
