Superb 1 bedroom apartment in Sydney's iconic Top of The Town building. Spectacular views of the city skyline, Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Sydney Opera House, the Domain and Sydney Harbour.

One enormous balcony runs the entire width of the apartment, an unbeatable location for Sydney's famous New Year's Eve fireworks and a short walk to the parade route for Mardi Gras. This unit is a perfect option for your post-cruise stay in Sydney.

Enter the apartment to an inviting living area, with lounge and dining and a chic integrated stainless steel Smeg gas kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher.?

Both the living and bedroom areas have an floor to ceiling glass windows so you have fantastic views from both rooms and plenty of natural light. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom.?A laundry with washing machine and dryer is located in the ensuite bathroom.

There is security parking with the apartment for one small car.

Where does one start when talking about Darlinghurst? Darlinghurst is an exciting suburb that is located in the inner city of Sydney. This suburb is literally a stone's throw away from Sydney City and Paddington. Hence, it is in the centre of the hippest part of Sydney. A bus trip from Darlinghurst to the city will only take about 10 minutes. Most residents around here are young working professionals who live in apartments or terrace houses.

Close by to Darlighurst, bordered by Kings Cross and Woolloomooloo, just like Paris, Potts Point is a place for foodies. Or head over to Surry Hills for a virtual treasure trove of cuisine, there are so many excellent Restaurants and Bars. Try Woolloomooloo Wharf for Dinner or lunch in the Sun

ALL KEYS MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.

This place is perfect to take a walk to CBD (15-20mins) through a nice park. Also this place is

This place is perfect to take a walk to CBD (15-20mins) through a nice park. Also this place is great for hanging out during the evening, because you can easily find pubs and restaurants when you come out of the building and turn right. Coles and McDonald are also in 5 min walk distance when you come out of the building and turn left and cross the road. You would love the balcony with the stunning view towards the Anzac Bridge.

However, it has a certain smell when you open the door, and we could not get familiar to this smell every time we get in the flat. Neverthelss, the overall points which i would like to give is 4 stars, and i would like to choose this room again for the next visit with a nice perfume.
