LATINA BRICK (STREET RELATORES 22)

I am renting out my charming apartment LATINA BRICK in Madrid. This is a fully renovated and newly furnished airy two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in a brick townhouse. The master bedroom has it's own bath while the second bedroom on the other side of the living room has a bath adjacent. It's fully furnished with a high end kitchen and bathrooms, and a washer/drying in the unit (yay!). This is the hottest area of Madrid to live at the moment, the subway is just down the block. This fully furnished apartment features exposed brick and stone walls and high ceilings. The decor is sleek and modern while maintaining a comfortable and welcoming feeling.

About CARMEN

MADRID is the place to be!!!! I am a world traveler who prefers to stay at vacation rental properties because there is nothing more than having a place you can call home. What better way to soak up the local culture than to feel a part of the neighborhood? This is what I extend to my guests when they stay at my place. For those who want to be more than just a tourist passing by, you will find living in LATINA PALACE and LATINA SOL an experience you will never forget.

CARMEN purchased this apartment in 2008

Why CARMEN chose Embajadores

It is a unique property from 1749 fully refurnished on an unbeatable location.

What makes this apartment unique

There are a huge number of things to do in Madrid, but it is often the famous Madrid shopping streets that lure people into renting Madrid accommodation. The fashion boutiques and local craft shops which adorn the central business district mean that shopping holidays in Madrid are never far from the top of the list for shopping destinations. The huge range of styles and cuisine of Madrid restaurants also helps to keep energy levels high, and fantastic cooking courses lasting between a single session and a whole week can easily be arranged. The medieval centre of Madrid hides many fantastic monuments. Those taking a Madrid weekend break are best staying in accommodation close to the historic centre, as there is so much here that you can fit a huge amount into just a short Madrid city break. The ‘big three’ museums in Madrid, the Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia, hold famous collections of art, and tourism in Madrid is often centred around the Puerta del Sol right in the city centre.

LOVED everything about this property! Location was perfect, and the apartment was beautiful!

  • 5 of 5

This apartment has been the best we have ever rented with VRBO. It was centrally located to many sites, restaurants and markets were just around the corner. The apartment was clean and well stocked. It was very quick to check in and we were given a quick overview of the apartment. Don't miss the flea market on Sundays which is only a 10 min. walk from the apartment.

Madrid apt

  • 4 of 5

Carmen is very helpful, the apt and building are clean and secure. Walking distance (60 year old legs) to many restaurants, bars and attractions. While in Madrid keep your purse and bags close to your body-it's true what they say about pick pockets. A very comfortable stay for 4 adults.

A Perfect Location!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay at Latina Brick! It was very conveniently located for everything we wanted to see in Madrid. Carmen was a lovely host and Sol was able to tell us everything we needed to know about the apartment and explained things so well. The apartment itself was delightful, very clean, and very well-appointed. It was a bit small for five of us, but we made do and we’re very comfortable. We loved it!

Such an incredible place, once a castle!

  • 5 of 5

We loved this place! It was supplied with all we needed and Carmen did a great job explaining the many amenities. The apt was spotless and had super comfy beds and top quality linens. It is well laid out, small but efficient and so stylish. We would have stayed longer but it was booked. It's close to museums, opera house, tons of restaurants that we visited and explored while walking. I highly recommend.

Nice place, good location

  • 3 of 5

Stayed here as a family, close to sites and metro, would have been a 4 but the property owner provided the wrong address on confirmation, this caused some confusion and problems with arriving in Madrid later in the day. His property manager did wait for us while we rerouted and went to another address and was pleasant and helpful once there.
