The Residence Belehradska 35 is located near the historical centre of Prague - only 3 tram stops from the Wenceslas Square (by tram no. 11 - just 6 minutes away). In close proximity (100 metres) you can find a big supermarket open from 8 a.m. till 9 p.m., seven days a week. All apartments are composed of at least one bedroom.

Large fully-equipped apartment located on the ground floor of the building. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It has a surface of 175 sq.m. and also small garden.

The apartment is composed of 2 double bedrooms and one large living room with built-in kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker, kitchen sink, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and other kitchen equipment. In the sitting room there is a dining table with 6 chairs and fireplace. The apartment has floor heating, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 toilets, safe.WiFi internet connection.

Great Apartment

We were two families (4 adults and 2 children) and stayed for just over 1 week. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was plenty of space for the two families not to be on top of each other. There were actually three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was very nice. We typically had breakfast in. We also made a few dinners, while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, knives, etc. to cook basic meals. The location is also very quiet--no traffic noise-- and is conveniently located to a very nice park. The location was very convenient to public transportation, and it was very easy to get to all the sights. There were a couple of very good restaurants nearby (within 5 minute walk) and grocery stores a few doors down the street. The manager is VERY helpful. Not only did he help answer questions about getting around town and where to get groceries and local treats, he also had set up transportation from the airport for both families and arranged for us (last minute) to get to the train station.

AWESOME place to stay

I'm from Texas and visiting for the first time in Europe. Our Mother / Daughter trip to Prague was AMAZING. Our apartment was big / very clean. The description of the property was accurate. It has a grocery store down the street to by food / drinks and tickets for the tram across the street that will take you in to town anywhere you want to go Train station / bus station. It also has secure parking near by. The manager is great and will help answer all questions about Prague and how to get there and good places to eat. I would highly recommend this apartment. You'll LOVE it. and your trip also. Karen / Steph

Large, good location, helpful manager

We stayed here for a long weekend with 2 adults and 2 young kids. The apartment is actually more of an apartment-hotel, as there is a front desk and a very helpful manager available to assist with directions, transfer to the airport, etc. The unit is in the basement, but has a walk-out to a little back yard, which was a nice bonus for the kids. The unit is much larger than it appeared in the photos; we were quite comfortable. There are two separate bathrooms with a shower and toilet (one of them has two toilets) in each. No bath, just shower stalls.

The kitchen is basic, but fine for breakfast and snacks. There are no condiments at all, but there is a Billa supermarket just a 5 minute walk up the hill.

We liked the brickwork throughout the apartment, though the layout is a bit strange - it seems to have been repurposed at some point. It looked like it could have been a restaurant in the past. Beds were basic but comfortable, everything was very clean.

Our only complaint it that the wifi just doesn't work in this apartment. The only place it works is out in the garden or standing very close to the window in one of the bedrooms. They really should fix this, as we rely on the internet to plan our day, routes, public transport, etc., and it was quite annoying to have to go outside every time we wanted to look something up.

Still, overall this was a fine apartment for a long weekend and we would recommend it to friends.

Ottima scelta

L'appartamento è pulito, confortevole, silenzioso e rispecchia quanto mostrato nelle foto e nella descrizione (noi eravamo in un appartamento su un piano, con due camere da letto, ampia sala, angolo cottura e bagno con box doccia).

E' in posizione ottimale per visitare la città o per fare escursioni partendo dalle diverse stazioni di Praga; la fermata del tram è a 50 metri (frequenza 7-10 minuti) e in pochi minuti si raggiungono le fermate di scambio o il centro città.

Per la spesa c'è un supermercato Billa a 100 metri aperto tutti i giorni della settimana da mattina a sera.

Cortese e sempre disponibile Milos, il proprietario.

Certamente consigliato!

Großes Appartment für geringe Ansprüche

Wir haben vier schöne Tag in Prag verbracht. Die Stadt ist wirklich sehenswert!

Das Positive zuerst:

Das Apartment liegt recht zentral mit vier Bahnlinien vor der Haustür und Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es in 500 m Entfernung.

Die Begrüßung in Prag war sehr herzlich und uns wurde ein nagelneues Kinderreisebett zur Verfügung gestellt.

Die Zimmerdecken sind sehr hoch und alles ist hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut.

Leider ist ein großer Teil des Appartments renovierungsbedürftig. Der Heizkessel ist rostig und läuft, die Mirkowelle war kaputt und die Türen und Boden quietschen sehr stark. Ein weiterer großer Nachteil ist die schwache Lärmdämmung gegenüber der Straße. An einem Morgen wurde der Hausmüll von 4:30 -5:00Uhr mit großem Lärm abgheolt, so dass die Nacht gelaufen war!

Fazit: Dies Appartment muss nicht noch mal sein!

Owner's Response: 1.Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten 50m. 2.Heizkessel liegt nicht im Apartment und ist dicht.... 3.Falls die Mikrowelle kapput war,haetten Sie Bescheid sagen sollen/wir kochen selber in der MW nicht,aber jetzt ist die O.K..... 4.Fliessenboden kann doch nicht quitschen????/siehe fotos A7/????? 5.Falls Hausmuehl am Morgen abgeholt ist,koennen wir leider nicht aendern/sorry/ 6.Am 17.5.war kein Mensch im Apt.A7 7.Renovierungsbeduerftig ist Ansichtsache. Ich glaube,mehr brauche ich nicht dazu schreiben..... MfG M.Coudek
