Beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment on the much sought after 5 star gated Roda Golf & Beach Resort. Sleeps 6.
This ground floor apartment offers easy step free access and a lift from the basement garage. Sliding glass doors lead to a generous covered patio and garden area. For those with limited mobility, there is hoist access to the communal pool.

This 5 star resort is just 30 minutes away from Murcia international airport and also just a few minutes drive to the fantastic blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor. Guests staying on this resort will benefit from all the amenities on offer, including the excellent golf course and club house with fantastic entertainment and food.

Golf facilities: Roda's 18 hole par 72 PGA golf course is designed by Dave Thomas. Sam Torrance is the golf Club Captain. The golf operation is managed by DeVere Hotels (responsible for the famous Belfry course in England).
On site is a pro-shop where clubs can be hired. There are 3 other golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the resort, and a further 3 within a 30 minute drive. So there's plenty of choice while staying right near the beach.

Beach facilities: The closest beach at Los Alcazares is wide and sandy with a promenade, beach cafes and bars. It runs down to the Mar Menor, Europe's largest fresh water lagoon. Because it is protected from the open sea, it is warm, calm, and quite shallow (up to 2m), making it perfect for enjoying water sports and for those less confident of swimming.

Apartamento fantastico

Apartamento muy bonito, amplio ,con jardin privado y una piscina genial para que los niños disfruten. La unica pega, el olor de las tuberias.

Stunning

Absolutely superb, exceptional complex, safe, clean, close to beach and town yet peaceful and relaxing. Apartment is equipped to a very high standard, the best short break ever, returning soon and highly recommend.
