House on land of 700 m², with large leisure area, kiosk with barbecue and pool. Possessing parking spaces for up to 6 cars.

Lower floor consists of a living room with fireplace, a bedroom suite and full kitchen, plus dining area. It has service area equipped with washing machine.

The upper floor consists of a living room with cable TV and single sofa bed, plus a bathroom with shower; 2 suites with air conditioning, one of them equipped with whirlpool and cable TV.

Pets of all sizes are allowed and the back has an area with large kennel.

Caretaker's house located at the rear of the property, which is available to renters for cleaning and maintenance.

Férias com picadas

Boa casa, mas precisando de reparos , pia da cozinha de madeira que não está em boas codições, com vazamento permanente encharcando todo o local, encontramos baratas na cozinha todos os dias e na casa, não foi só uma não , a única tv da casa no piso superior nAo funciona, apesar do caseiro muito prestativo por sinal tentar falar com o técnico pra resolver, mas sem chance. piscina grande boa , iluminação a noite muito ruim, profundidade de 1,40 mts , infelizmente sem escada pra entrar e sair da mesma. O piso em volta da piscina ninguém consegue ficar em pé ou andar sem chinelo pois foi feito com pedras expostas e machuca muito o pé descalço. Na nossa estadia , muito mosquito,. Tem churrasqueira externa, (mesmo problemas de moscas e pernilongos ) mas com os mesmos problemas de iluminação a noite. As suítes superiores , com ar condicionado funcionando bem. Na suíte inferior não tem ar , e o ventilador de teto está quebrado e o colchão é ruim.Na nossa opinião falta assentos confortáveis na sala e mais cadeiras no quiosque da churrasqueira. Da pra se fazer muita coisa pra melhorar , tem um potencial incrível essa casa, a estadia pode ser maravilhosa , mas precisa realmente fazer acontecer. Me desculpe proprietário mas essa casa pode ser um paraíso!!! Obs. O Sr. José, caseiro , muito prestativo e muito gente boa, parabéns

Decepcionante

A casa tem tudo p ser ótima mas infelizmente não é ,precisa de manutenção em tudo urgente,falta utensílios domestico,a geladeira é péssima e fica saindo uma água , sem falar que é cheio de bicho e mosquito pq não deve nunca ter sido detetizada,a única coisa que é excelente e merece destaque é o caseiro que é muito atencioso e faz de tudo para tentar corrigir as falhas da dona do imóvel ,inclusive na nossa reserva tivemos um problema da casa está alugada no dia do nosso check in tivemos que adiar para o dia seguinte e quando chegamos lá ainda tinha gente na casa,foi devolvido o dinheiro de 1 diária porém existem erros que acontecem por falta de planejamento e organização.

Experiência Razoável

A experiência foi bem razoável porque 4 banheiros porém somente 1 chuveiro funciona bem o restante não esquenta. A televisão também nao funciona. A piscina é linda porém, não tem escada e é muito funda então fica muito difícil sair da piscina. O caseiro é muito atencioso e prestativo.

Boa localização Cazeiro Ze prestativo A casa comportou 8 pessoas com folga A casa precisa de alguns cuidados e precisa de melhorias na piscina (funda e sem escada para sair) No geral foi satisfatorio, voltariamos sem problemas.
