This Florida villa offers 1 king master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Spacious open living/dining floor plan offers additional space for family gatherings. The home offers a phone, wi-fi, cable TV, DVD player, air conditioning, screened pool, pool heater, double garage. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook with dinette which seats 4 and the dining area has a table that will seat 6 comfortably. The kitchen also has a fridge freezer with ice maker, waste disposal outlet, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, linens provided, cookware and utensils provided. All crockery and glasses you will need with a host of other useful gadgets.

Very Happy to have been able to use this property. Good location for us. Quiet area. Pool was a big hit and unlike other units we have stayed at, the pool maintenance people showed up, twice during the week. Owner was very pleasant. will definitely watch for this property for future trips. Thank you

A great place to stay

The house was very clean and easy to get into. It was very convenient to everything and a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was a great bonus and we used it every night, even the one time it rained. Almost everything was there for a pleasant stay. My only complaint is that they didn't provide toilet paper or trash bags. Theses are things that you would expect to be in a place at this price range. We had to go to the local store to get these things, which was unexpected. Luckily, we were there with a Florida resident, so he could take all that stuff home. (Sorry next guest....)

Relaxing stay

House was clean and comfortable. Very easy access to the parks and it was nice to have our own pool for relaxing in the afternoon. Neighborhood was quiet—it’s classic Florida development so houses are very close together, but no problems with noise.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with Florida in 1980 and wanted to spend more time in the Sunshine State, so always went back to the same hotel on the 192 for holidays, progressed to buying a timeshare at the Orange Lake Country Club and then when I had saved up enough, I jumped at the chance to buy the plot and have the villa built in 2000. Having looked at 3 other locations, I chose Bridgewater Crossing because of the close community feel and friendliness - it so refreshing coming away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks to a place where it is so quiet and peaceful.
