View

This view was perfect. Walk out of the unit and right on the beach. This was a quiet location and a great value. Could be updated a bit but everything was clean . Dining was close by and Destin harbor was just down the road.

This isn’t our first stay here . We would like to have another night stand .bathroom need up dates a comfort height toilet . Other than that was a great stay .

Review on Villas Capri unit 12

Great location, however there were bugs on the kitchen countertops each morning, roaches, adult and juveniles, 3-4 each morning, especially under the coffee pot. Floor under bed and carpet in master closet were very dirty. Couch was stained.

Unusual

We realized when booking this unit that it was an older condo. We had no issues with that. We did find it "unusual" that the owner would choose to lay a vinyl flooring over carpeting in the bedroom. Also, it would be helpful if there were more mixing bowls in the kitchen. Other than that, the condo was okay.
