COVID: We are working very hard to make sure everything will be clean and
disinfected for your stay. Everything in the kitchen will be disinfected after each booking. All handles/ remotes/ faucets/ soap dispensers in the house will be disinfected. Floors washed and bathrooms sanitized. Bedding and towels will be all clean. No extra decoration pillows or cushions will be used this year.

Please note: Beaches, parks, playgrounds, baseball park, tennis courts, basketball hoops are all open.

Welcome to our vacation home! We are so excited for you to come join us in beautiful Penticton, BC.

Your vacation house is nestled away in one of the best neighbourhoods in Penticton. It is located only 2 blocks from the main public sandy beach on Skaha Lake. Only a 5 minute walk away. You can actually hear people in the lake from our house. Walk your kids to the outdoor water park and playground. There is tennis, basketball, volleyball, and hockey courts steps away. The boat marina and launch are located close by next to the main beach.

This is a fully furnished home with 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The house has a very open floor plan and sits on over a 1/4 acre of flat land (all grass). Please refer to pictures for full view of how the property is fenced off. Back and sides of the backyard are fully fenced off but it is not fully closed up in the front.

Your vacation home is tastefully decorated to have a beach house feel. And will be very clean upon your arrival. The furnishings are all brand new! And it is a non- smoking house.

The dining area has french doors that walk right out onto the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dinnerware and cooking supplies. It has brand new stainless steel appliances: stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Also a toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.

In the rooms there is brand new furniture and bedding. 2 queen beds, a double, and queen sofa bed. Each room has a side table, dresser and closets.

The bathroom has a tub/ shower combination, toilet, vanity and will be stocked with bath towels (not beach towels).

Other amenities include a flat screen TV with cable, WIFI internet, outdoor patio set and BBQ, air conditioning and fans for those hot summer days.
A playpen, umbrella stroller, high chair attachment for chair, an iron, ironing board and on site laundry machines.

The house has ample parking for your vehicles and boat.
