This "upside down" style has an open concept upper level living room, dining room and kitchen. Living room has 2 sofas (1 is a queen size Tempurpedic sleeper), gas fireplace and sliding glass doors that lead out to the deck. Dining area has a large table that seats 10. Modern kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a large pantry. Kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, bake ware, utensils, drip coffee maker and K-cup coffee machine, toaster, toaster oven, electric griddle, electric fry pan, mixers, food processor, wine glasses, spices and much more.

Laundry room abuts kitchen. Along with the washer and dryer, it is stocked with most of the cleaning supplies that you will need, and an iron and ironing board.

Also on the upper level is a large primary bedroom with king size bed, gas fireplace, and on-suite with slate shower and soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms with queen size beds, and a full bathroom.

The first floor is above ground level and contains one bedroom with a queen size bed and trundle consisting of two twin size beds; an additional living room with queen sleeper, work station and tv; game room with pool table and 2 twin tri-fold mattresses; half bath; and a garage with space for one car.

WiFi and cable TV are included. We have 2 living rooms both with televisions. There is also a TV in the primary bedroom.

We have a 2 seat kayak, single kayak, canoe, boogie boards, skim boards, beach chairs, chaise lounges, beach mats, beach umbrellas, sand toys and more for your enjoyment on the beach.

We have 5 adult size bicycles, corn hole, bocce, horseshoes, board games, books, puzzles, etc.

For children we provide a high chair, doll house, pirate ship, castle, blocks, puzzles, beach toys.

There is a hammock and 2 hammock swings for relaxing in the fenced in backyard. A gas grill with full spare propane tank, 2 outside tables, glider, and 2 rocking chairs.

We provide so many amenities, it is impossible to list them all. You really only need to bring your suitcase, sheets and towels.

Plenty of parking is available in the driveway with space for 5 cars.

Relax on the fabulous 43'X10' deck while overlooking the fenced in yard, and enjoy gorgeous views of the ocean.

The house is conveniently located between Camp Ellis and Ocean Park, just south of Old Orchard Beach. Palace Playland is always a hit with the kids. A short walk down the beach is access to Ferry Beach State Park with miles of wooded walking trails and a nature center. Saco is also home to Funtown/Splashtown USA and Aquaboggan Water Park.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday during the summer season only.
