A charming beachfront residence in a quiet and tranquil neighbourhood of Benidorm, with all shopping and entertainment amenities nearby, including shopping centers, cinemas, golf courses and Terra Mitica. The 2 bedroom (plus an area with double sofa bed) apartment features a total of 3 terraces to enjoy at different times of the day - one for breakfast, one for sunbathing and another upper terrace with bar and chillout area, all with beautiful view to the beach. Sleeping accommodation includes 2 bedrooms: both with a double bed (1,60) and ensuite bathroom; In addition there is a double sofa bed in one of the living rooms.Another big living room with sea view also has 2 big sofas and second dining area for 6-8 persons (max 6 adults)

Excellent séjour

Appartement impeccable moderne et spacieux avec ses 3 terrasses. Nous souhaitions tranquillité, confort, proximité de la plage, nous avons été comblés avec cette magnifique location. Tout était parfait ce mois d'août, loin de la foule sur cette jolie plage de Poniente. Nous remercions Sabina pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité afin de régler un problème de wifi. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. E&G

We were a party of 4 adults the location was quiet very picturesque but only a keepfit walk into the Old Town the apartment was modern withe all the amenities for a super self cater all furnishings were bright clean and spotless there were three superb terraces to follow the sun around withe splendid views of the sea and beach .The owner Sabine answered all our queries and I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to our friends .One last note we had to cut short our stay due to the pandemic but that was out of everybody’s control many thanks to you Sabine regards James

Alles tipptopp und wunderbar!

Wunderbare Ferien in einer super Ferienwohnung mit top Lage, direkt am Strand - schön renoviert, vollumfänglich und funktionstüchtig ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Kommunikation sowohl mit Eigentümer als auch mit Servicepersonal positiv, schnell und effizient. Vielen Dank für alles - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

This property is perfect for enjoying relaxed holidays at the most demanded area in Benidorm. 2 km walk along the beach to Benidorm centre if you wish to enjoy the famous Benidorm scene (direct bus 5 min).
La Cala area is less crowded, only little villas by the beach. Area with also many locals, local high quality restaurants and bars.
