Located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood, only minutes from Historic downtown Charlottetown and our red sandy beaches.
Three bedroom, fully furnished, semi detached home. The top floor has open concept living room, dining area, kitchen with island, two bedrooms and one full bath. The kitchen is fully set up and equipped with stainless steel appliances and entry way to a side deck with BBQ and eating area. There is also a more secluded back deck, great for relaxing at the end of a busy day.
Downstairs contains one bedroom, bathroom with stand up shower, laundry room with washer and dryer and a large furnished rec room with a 55" Smart TV, includes satellite TV with NHL Center Ice package and wireless internet.

Location conforme à l’annonce. Maison agréable et spacieuse, manque un peu d’équipements dans la cuisine de mon point de vue. Dans un quartier calme et agréable. Il faut une voiture pour se déplacer Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Better than expected

Great location close to all amenities. Very clean. Loved that owners had all the things you need from home. Right down to tin foil and Sarah wrap. Owners even reached out and came to install air conditioning units to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!
