About this property

Simple and cozy house in front of the beach of Maresias, inside a quiet and very well preserved gated community that gives access to the famous Maresias / Paúba Trail. Surrounded by a beautiful lawn, coconut trees and large trees (1300 m), great for children and dogs. Ideal for those who seek the quiet of nature. It has a delightful balcony with barbecue and shower. It has 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans, one bedroom with double bed and one with two bunk beds (all mattresses are brand new, 2016). In the living room there is a double sofa bed, accommodating 8 people in total. The house is well ventilated because it has a high ceiling and surrounded by green area, without the need for air conditioning. I provide beach chairs and umbrellas. Living room with TV, fans and dining table, plus a fully equipped kitchen. Vacancy for several cars.
Very well located, close to the Elite bakery (200 m), butcher, gas station, ice cream shop, restaurants and a delicious kiosk / bar stand in the sand "Kiosk Canto do Rio".

O imóvel é bem melhor do que esperávamos, a área de lazer é uma delicia!!! Piscina quentinha!! O caseiro Dido foi excelente e nunca vi uma cozinha tão bem equipada de eletrodomésticos em casas de praia! Adorei a viagem !!! Dica repelente é vida!!! No calor tem bastante borrachudos!! 😉😉

Procure o proprietário para mais fotos

Apesar do valor interessante para o aluguel, as fotos postadas representam muito o quintal do local, a casa em si é extremamente simples não representam 100% da casa. O teto é muito baixo e a casa em muito cheiro de umidade por ser muito antiga. Recebi 50% de reembolso pois não consegui ficar e tivemos que buscar um outro local as pressas.mas estou colocando este feedback para ajudar as próximos interessados com uma avaliação que poderia ter me ajudado antes de realizar a reserva. Recomendo que a casa passe por reformas ou que os proprietários alertem com fotos e condições reais do imovel.

EXCELENTE

Dentro de um condomínio fechado e exatamente de acordo com o anúncio, lugar simples, tranquilo, perfeito para quem quer se conectar com a Natureza, a praia é a poucos passos do portão, tudo extremamente limpo, casa bem equipada, terreno incrível. Os proprietários são atenciosos, principalmente a Mayli que deu todo o apoio necessário para a estadia de minha família. Recomendo!

Lugar simples mais aconchegante!

Nossa experiência foi ótima! Tivemos alguns problemas mais nada que venha a ser pontuado. Foi logo resolvido. O caseiro é muito atencioso! A casa é bem pequena mais muito gostosa. Aconchegante com cara de antiga! O terreno é maravilhoso, enorme... Descansar nas redes é maravilhoso! A praia fica do outro lado da rua depois de um gramado muito bem limpo e cuidado do condomínio! Dá de frente para o Rio e o canto da praia. Tudo muito bem arrumado e limpo! Adoramos e voltaremos com toda certeza!
