Welcome home to Seaside Village. Our beautiful apartment and townhome community nestled in the heart of Galveston, Texas. We are just a short trip from Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark, the Pleasure Pier, the Strand, fine dining, and abundant shopping. With nearby Gulf Freeway 45 and our central island location, your commute will be the last thing on your mind. Come enjoy Galveston Island in your spacious stress-free vacation rental!

Our expectations are high and it’s truly important to us that all of our guests have a wonderful experience and stay.

We have just recently remodeled our beautiful pool\spa area with new decking, coping, tile, new furniture and umbrella. New barbecue grill and complete leasing office remodel! Our VRBO has recently been updated with new mattresses, new pillows, updated furniture, new accessories, new washer and dryer, new refrigerator and dishwasher, new light fixtures, new ceiling fans, new paint and more!

This is a beautiful condo is on the second floor and is a townhouse so there are stairs. There is no elevator access and I just like to put this out here because some of the ratings that I have received as a four were only because it was a second-floor apartment with stairs and they did not see it in the description so I have added it in multiple places. It is not handicap accessible.

Galveston spring break

The condo was very clean and roomy. It had all the amenities one would need for a week/ month. The location to the beach was close and they did have some chairs, umbrella and a wagon to use( a little rough but got the job done). It was advertised as sleeps 6 but only had 2 beds and an air mattress that didn’t hold air through the night. The grills provided could use an update, the gas one didn’t work, and one of the 2 charcoal ones was pretty rusty. The pool closed at 5:30 which has the grills in so cooking out was canceled and kids couldn’t swim. This would be better with a longer open time. Management was gone on training so it was hard to let them know this, but overall it is a great place just needs some updates to a few things.

Weekend in Galveston before the cruise

The property was absolutely perfect, the location and interactions with others in the area very friendly and hospitable. We will definitely make this stay again. Thank you for the accommodations. Nice place!

The property was nice. Needs a bit of a deep clean (baseboards and ceiling fans). Loved the 1/2 bath on main floor! Very disappointed the hot tub was being repaired during our stay.

Seaside Village is a small complex in the best location. Not only are you within walking distance to the beach, your favorite restaurants and shopping... but you can enjoy a front row seat to events like 4th of July Fireworks and Mardi Gras.

This VRBO has been here for some time. We as new owners of the complex purchased in November 2020 recently took over. We have done a ton of updates to the community as well as the interior of our VRBO. Our fabulous new pool was just remodeled and all new pool furniture.

As an independent owner/operator we take pride in our communities and rentals whether it be short term or long term. Communication is key and we want all our guests to have a wonderful experience.
