This three story, four bedroom three and one half bathroom 2900 square foot cape cod style home has unobstructed lake views from every level, WiFi and Direct TV. As you enter the home on the midlevel, there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed immediately to your left. Continue down the hall there is a full bathroom on the left, steps to the lower level on the right and laundry area on right. As you continue down the hall on the left is the next guest bedroom on the left with two twin beds. This room has lake views to wake up to in the morning. As the hall turns right there is a sliding door out onto the lake view deck before reaching the fourth bedroom with two twin bed. This room also has a seating area with a chair to read your favorite book and look out the window at Lake Nacimiento. As you continue up the steps from the hallway outside of the fourth bedroom you enter into the spacious open kitchen, dining and living room. The Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and a large island for seating or prepping your favorite meal. The granite countertops and wood laminate flooring make this kitchen a stunning place to spend with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, place settings and utensils for ten. The Living room has a gas fireplace with a flat screen smart TV above with cable. Off of the living room is the deck with amazing lake views outdoor dining table and propane BBQ. Next to the kitchen is a half bathroom. Also, there is the master bedroom with a king bed and sitting area with couch, electric fireplace and smart TV. The master bath has a large soaking tub, large shower with multiple jets, dual sinks, and a water closet. Heading to the lower level, you enter from the middle level halfway down the hall. As you reach the bottom landing there is a sliding door to exit to the outside overlooking the Oak Shores marina. On the left is the game room with Pool Table and smart TV. There is also a Ping Pong Table to use outdoors if you want even more entertainment. To the right is another sleeping area with twin bunk beds and a full bathroom. This home also has two thermostat controls to keep the homes heating and cooling at a balanced level throughout.
