Conveniently, we are just blocks from grocery, parks, live theatre, live music, hiking and biking trails and the Outdoor Art Club (Weddings) Our bright studio is nestled behind adorable shops, 2 apartments and features hardwood floors, a spacious kitchen, built-in laundry, and a sparkling bathtub. Great apartment - location, cleanliness and well appointed. the only negative was the excessive noise coming from the apartment on the second floor - definitely bring earplugs.

Can’t beat the location!

Lovely roomy studio, well laid out and easy to live in. Gary, the host is wonderful! Full kitchen made it easy to have a meal here and there during our stay. Loved walking to dinner or shop in downtown with ease!

Why they chose this property

I would argue it's the best location to launch your day trip from anywhere in the Bay Area because we are so centrally located in the region and we're smack dab in the middle of everything locally.

What makes this property unique

The neighborhood is simply as quaint as one could imagine. Creeks, pathways, parks and friendly people are the hallmarks of the area. Everything is easily accessibly by foot or car. I enjoy the peace and quiet and the full sun when it's out.
