First-rate decoration, central heating for showers and taps and heating (Optional) in all environments, leaving the property with pleasant temperature at any time of the year. 40 "TV with in room and 32" in suite, both with Sky HD, plus integrated sound system. Full kitchen with microwave, duplex refrigerator, electric oven, Nespresso coffee maker and all utensils. Full laundry room with washing machine.
All beds come with pillows and goose down comforters.

Hospedagem próximo ao centrinho do Capivari

Apartamento ótimo e muito bem localizado, próximo do Capivari (dá para fazer tudo a pé...). São 3 quartos sendo 1 suíte e outros 2 quartos com camas de solteiro. Muito limpo e com aquecedor em todos os banheiros e mais dois aquecedores elétricos... A calefação a gás caso necessite é cobrado à parte. A sala e a suíte tem uma simpática varanda com vista para o Centrinho.

Viagen perfeita!!!

Passamos um final de semana perfeito em Campos. Apto muito bem equipado, limpo, localização privilegiada, bem proximo do centrinho de capivari. Estavamos em um grupo de 8 pessoas da familia. Acomodou todos com conforto! O proprietario Danilo sempre à disposição para nos ajudar e orientar os passeios. Enfim, excelente estadia e custo beneficio.

Maravilhoso!

O apartamento é ótimo! Muito bem equipado e super confortável! Eu e minha família adoramos! Além disso, fica muito próximo ao centrinho! O que é ótimo, pois como íamos andando e deixávamos o carro na garagem, não precisávamos pagar caro de estacionamento e nem disputar as vagas tão cotadas da rua! Voltaria é super recomendo esse apartamento!! O Sr. Danilo (proprietário) é muito solícito e gentil, e, como ele mora no prédio, qualquer dúvida ou probleminha é só falar com ele!
