About this property

This luxury apartment is on the first floor overlooking the communal pool and tennis court. At the Tomas Maestre Marina.It is an ideal situation for a young family. The waters of the Mar Menor are very shallow and warm. Everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment has all the luxuries you will need for a relaxing holiday, including underfloor heating, 2 baths, a washing machine, etc. There is ample parking space for cars, a good bus service close by and a car hire shop in the locality.
There is a ferry service that takes you across the Mar Menor so you can have a day out on the other side of the lagoon. This service runs hourly in the summer until 11 pm.

The local area is ideal for walking and cycling as it is flat. There are many activities such as wind surfing, sailing and diving in the area. There are inflatables for younger children on the Mar Menor. The Mediterranean is within walking distance. The area is ideally suited for a family with young children
The apartment is comfortably furnished with table and chairs on the balcony. There is no signal for TV but a DVD player to watch your own movies.

Boa tarde Para começar a dona do alojamento só quiz dar uma hora para o chek in que tinha de ser obrigatório entrar entre as 16 e as 17 horas No meu ponto de visto é um horário deveras reduzido para a entrada. A limpeza praticamente não estava feita ,o chao sujo e as protecções de sofá sujas, O pior foi mesmo o facto do apartamento não ter ar condicionado, teve sempre uma temperatura interior de 34/35 graus,com crianças não recomendo vivamente, Também não ter Internet não facilita nada pois no local a rede é demasiado fraca e não dá para utilizar a rede do telemóvel. A favor boa localização, perto das piscinas e superfícies comerciais

Lindas vacaciones

Todo excelente, salvo que la ubicación que da el anuncio dista bastante de la real. Pero está bien ubicado con servicios cerca. Hubiera estado genial si contaba con Wifi, que hoy día es un servicio que muchos dan. Pero volvería porque el complejo es muy lindo, sus piscinas y a poquitos minutos andando te metes al mar que es espectacular. Y el depto. está muy bien y es amplio.

Hemos estado muy a gusto

Hemos estado una semana muy a gusto en esta casa. Tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia y estaba todo súper limpio. El único pero es que de los 3 ventiladores que hay en la casa, hay 2 de ellos que no funcionan bien o nada.
