This lovely unit resides on some of the most prime Lake Erie real estate. It is the newest unit built on Put-In-Bay, opened in July 2016.

This upper level unit has three bedrooms, two full baths, a large lakeside deck, and has a capacity of up to tenguests. Guests gain access to the condo through a coded door lock. This is very convenient as keys are eliminated from the equation. The fully equipped kitchen comes capable of satisfying the cook of your group. Whip up a hearty breakfast or delectable dinner, all while saving some money during your Put-in-Bay vacation. With a location that cannot be beat and beautiful new accommodations, the time is now to book your excursion. We sell out on many dates, so booking early will ensure that your dates are available. A Family Wedding

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience eneded up being great! It had a rocky start with many changes but ultimately ended up ok. When I booked the condo I requested a 4 bedroom. We ended up with a 3 bedroom which we made it work. The condo was clean and tidy. Cute beachy theme! The lake view was the best! The deck really added to our living space!

Good view and space

Liked that we had a private Landry room. Only thing I would if liked is if the couch in the living room was a pull out couch, would of made sleeping arrangements better.

Beautiful Condo with some flaws

Reviewer Comments: We came for our first trip to Put-In-Bay and stayed in condo 209. Well-appointed and excellent deck with the best view around. Only problem is we couldn't hear ourselves talk due to the partiers on the left and down below. Little disappointed in the lack of complementary necessities. Only 2 wine classes, no sugar or coffee items and tissues in case you forget. Great staff, pool looked nice but we did not use. Overall, very nice place to rent.
