Large and comfortable house with 5 suites with external balcony, dependence of complete maid, all with air conditioning, swimming pool with waterfall and whirlpool, complete kitchen with all utensils, barbecue with gourmet space, toilet, internet, private access to the best beach in Praia from Fort (Lord's Beach), close to Villa, tennis court, gym, ostensive internal security, service area with lava machine clothes. A nossa estada na casa que alugamos na Praia do Lorde foi sensacional. A casa é ótima, e o condomínio é .seguro. Indico para quem quiser ter férias tranquilas.

Muito problema

O local da casa era muito bom e a casa eh muito boa. Porém, ao chegarmos na casa a tarde a piscina não estava limpa e estava cheia de químicos para limpeza. Então resolvi ligar para a secretária do proprietário e em resposta ela me disse que o motivo da piscina está com químicos era porque a casa estava alugada antes: o que é que eu e minha família temos com isso? a casa deveria está pronta independente disso. Então tivemos que esperar até a tarde do dia seguinte para usar a piscina. Tivemos também muitos problemas com baratas por toda a casa principalmente na cozinha. O ar-condicionado estava com problema e a geladeira não estava gelando e acabamos perdendo alguns alimentos. Também falei com o proprietário a respeito da geladeira, porém em resposta o próprio pediu para que seu vizinho desse uma olhada e o mesmo concluiu que a geladeira não estava funcionando bem. O proprietário em um momento da nossa conversa chegou a insinuar que nós tínhamos quebrado a geladeira. Agradeço a resposta imediata do proprietário a todas as nossas perguntas, mas pelo valor do aluguel do imóvel acho que a casa deveria está impecável.

Maravilhoso e aconchegante

A escolha desta casa foi quase um parto! A preocupação para que tudo fosse perfeito, demandou várias pesquisas a sites seguros de alugueis e a muitos telefonemas. Mas valeu muito a pena cada minuto dedicado a esse trabalho! A recompensa veio dos olhares, sorrisos, das brincadeiras descontraídas, das festas surpresas, do convívio de 7 dias com parentes que moram no meu coração, que acreditaram e confiaram na minha programação. A casa é perfeita! Superou minhas expectativas! Está aquém das fotos! Agradeço ao proprietário Carlos que, infelizmente, não tive a oportunidade de conhecer! Mas fomos super bem recebidos pelo filho que nos recepcionou com cervejas geladíssimas e pro-seco! Já a Nega, essa é uma figura a parte! O espaço aqui não seria suficiente para listar todos seus predicativos! Mas ela sabe o que sentimos por ela! Quase a trouxemos para Brasilia! Quem sabe da próxima... Recomendo muito!!! Com certeza voltaremos!
