The house in the forest is a delicious house located just three kilometers from Pollensa and five kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente.
Surrounded by an exuberant nature you will enjoy total calm, surrounded by birds, sheeps and delicious sound of water in the stream when it runs.
It has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen. Outside there is a romantic pool and spacious terraces on which to enjoy the views and a barbecue. It has been renovated in 2016.
From the villa it is possible to make pleasant walks into town or just walk through the elegant neighborhood in which it is located.
Pick up lemons in the garden and enjoy peace and paradise.

Pretty Villa in the woods

A very special private place. Tastefully decorated and a very well maintained pretty pool area. Peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended and communication was fantastic from start to end.

Rustic Finca

Compact rural property, very private, with a variety of outside areas for relaxing ie around the small swimming pool area, small outside terrace which can be accessed from one of the two bedrooms and covered area with small table and chairs for al fresco eating. Although fans were available and were used, they had little impact on making the bedrooms cool overnight. Air conditioning MUST be added, to hopefully then make possible a good nights sleep.

Lovely peaceful villa in an excellent location.

Pool lovely, quiet with lovely views over green fields yet near to pollenca- 20 min stroll or 15 min bike ride. We also biked pretty linares road to Puerto pollenca for beach days taking 30 mins. Wonderful holiday in beautiful grounds.

Bester Platz für schönste Ferien!

Es ist genau wie beschrieben: eine wunderschöne Villa im Wald. Man kann hier seine absolute Ruhe genießen mitten im Grünen, im eigenen Wald sozusagen! Natur pur und doch nicht weit zur Stadt: man kann morgens schnell sein Rad schnappen und frische Brötchen holen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gut, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Das WLAN funktioniert gut und international empfangbares TV gibt es auch. Das Haus ist liebevoll restauriert: obwohl alles neu ist, ist es gelungen, den ursprünglichen Flair zu erhalten. Man fühlt sich ganz einfach vom ersten Moment an wohl. Kurzum: ein Platz zum Wiederkommen! Reinhold K.

Relaxing holidays close to nature

We (2 Persons) had very nice and relaxing two weeks in this beautiful finca. If you search for a place where you feel to be very private and close to nature this house is right for you. Perfect for hot weather. - Very nice pool - Well equipped (kitchen, bathroom,...) and clean so you can perfectly cook your own food - Close to nature (this also means during the night you might hear sounds of animals running around or a rooster in the morning) - A lot of trees which spent shadow so that you can read and relax on the terrace - No rain protected outside place available - Very close to Polenca and Port de Polenca which are both very nice places - Supermarket is close
