We call this apartment EP1.

This apartment is located in a beautiful Bauhaus building, with access to a green, roof top garden that also offers a view of the Parthenon.

The apartment has a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a marble en suite bathroom. The king size bed can be set up as two singles. Two more people sleep in the living room (large comfortable sofa and a portable bed).

The apartment also has two private balconies.

Free WiFi, A/C and laundry facilities.

Apartment EP1 is located on the first floor. Access to the apartment is made by a beautiful marble and to the roof top by an iron stair case.

This apartment is located in Psirri, minutes’ walk away from Monastiraki and Plaka.
Monastiraki station serves the Athens International airport and the port of Piraeus.
Plaka is the heart of Athens historical city centre, where most main monuments are located.
Psirri is a place where you still find lovely artisan shops such as candle making and leather workshops. It has great restaurants, cafes and art spaces.
You will also find grocery stores, bakeries and the Athens Central Food Market, the famous Varvakios Agora.
Walking around Psirri can be deceiving as it has many old buildings and lots of street art. The street art scene has produced many outstanding artists and their work is widely photographed and admired.
The artisan shops, the residents who greet each other by their first names and the visitors create a place of unique character.

• We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am.
• For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available).
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.

Great location in Psirri

Great two bedroom apartment (first floor with steps), full kitchen and dining area, comfortable lounge area. Close to city centre, walking distance to main attractions, cafes and bakeries galore. We felt safe and secure in this area. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. Flexible with both check in and check out which was very handy. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Great flat and management

This review is actually for a different flat on the same street. We had booked this one, but about 2 weeks before our check-in date the property management team notified me that the the flat was no longer available, however, they offered us a bigger one 2 bedroom) on the same street. The flat was large, very clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, clean linens and towels, and soap and paper. The location is very central to all the important landmarks in Athens, including the Varvakios market. We shopped there daily for dinner ingredients that we cooked at home. There were also numerous restaurants and a really beautiful bakery just around the corner from the flat. Check-in was very easy, with the team emailing me prior to our arrival. Jacob kept in touch by phone once we arrived in Athens, and met us at the flat with keys. He was also easily reached by text and phone when we had questions. Our visit was during winter, but we noticed there was air conditioning which would be very useful in the summer. We had plenty of hot water for showers and washing dishes, which is not always the csse with vacation rental properties! The windows are brand new and blocked virtually all noise, so we slept very well. We really enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the professionalism of the property management team. We would definitely stay here again in future.

Walking distance to fun!

The apartment is in a working class neighborhood, so you have the local flavor. New kitchen and bathroom. Just minutes from countless restaurants and bars and great nightlife.

Great place, great location. Wonderful introduction to the area by Costas. A lot to do in the area a short walk away. Charming apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and price.

We really enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect and it was easy to check in and out. Super close to bakery, lots of restaurants and the main square. Highly recommend this Vrbo. I would definitely stay here again.
