About this property

Clear Creek Retreat - Take a trip to the mountains

This home is part of a duplex facing Clear Creek. It includes a front and private back patio surrounded by pine and aspen. The backyard patio includes a new hot tub (closed from November to May due to freezing risk), and the patio is large enough for socializing and enjoying the summer weather. Interior includes a large living room (with a fold-out sofa bed ), a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and two bedrooms with Queen sized beds and an accompanying bathroom on the ground floor. The second floor consists of a self contained unit with a large living room/bedroom, a full sized bed, a queen size bed, a full size cabinet bed, a TV and a fireplace. There is also a large remodeled bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub.
There is sleeping for 6 with own bed, and for up to 8 if guests are willing to share a bed.
There are plentiful parking spaces available on site. The house itself is surrounded by beautiful mountain views in all directions, and the lake and creek are close by and clearly visible.
During the months of July, August and September, the owner may be staying from time to time in a separate apartment adjacent to the rental house, while improvements are being made to the landscaping and garage interior. This will not affect the guests use or enjoyment of the property.

Wonderful property
This is our second time staying at this property, we have really enjoyed our stay, both times. It is our "home base" for our Spring Break ski trips. Located close enough to many different mountains, it is a great choice if you want to check out a few different places within a few days. House is always clean and well equipped, the creek is always a favorite with our kids.

Great Georgetown Stay
The location was perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of room for everyone and everything you need. The heating stove was our favorite thing about the place. The bonus is that Georgetown is a great little town with shops and really good restaurants. The Silver Brick was our favorite. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Place
Great location and close to so many ski resorts! The wood pellet stove, grills, and fenced in backyard were great amenities for our 2 week stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and spice rack well stocked. We would stay here again!

Cozy and Good Location
The house was comfortable and we had lots of room to spread out. There is a small park across the street and it is an easy walk to the brewery and to the town. We were there on a crazy weather weekend and it felt good to be in a cozy house.

We're a father and son team who have loved skiing and hiking together. We bought this home to enjoy the splendor of the Rockies and to allow others to enjoy it as much as we have!

Why they chose this property

Ideally located, minutes from great skiing at Loveland and hiking/fishing/climbing in the surrounding mountains. Having a vacation home in the mountains was always one of our goals, we set up the house so our guests can enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

The fantastic views and the abundance of wildlife are an added attraction, as is the quality of the environment, allowing us to escape the city and enjoy the peaceful benefits in a rustic setting.
