This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home has a large kitchen, dining room and sun-filled office. In the back garden there's a large screen house for relaxation and outdoor dining. The home sleeps 4. Bright, large living area with 42" TV. Very comfortable bedrooms, one with a king Tempurpedic bed, one with a high-quality queen bed, both with luxury linens.

Very comfortable, clean and uncluttered, the bungalow is decorated with mixture of vintage finds, family pieces and modern design. This is not a typical rental home - plenty of love and attention to detail has been put into the renovation and furniture design. Working remotely? No problem - the house has high speed Wifi throughout and a very large desk in the office.

Walking and biking distance from the house is downtown Bradenton, the River Walk and several nature preserves. Close to several private golf courses that allow public play as well as public tennis and pickle ball courts. 15 minutes by car are the gorgeous beaches and cute towns of Anna Maria Island, dolphin and manatee watching, IMG Sports Academy, Sarasota and McKechnie Field (major league baseball spring training).

Guests can relax on the front porch with Adirondack chairs or have total privacy in the wonderful free-standing screen room in the backyard. It's great for outdoor dining, cocktails or simply catching up on that forgotten novel. The screen room is situated in the the backyard planted with Florida-friendly foliage to attract birds and butterflies. Guests bringing pets will be happy to know the back yard is completely fenced in. And there's plenty of street parking, or you can park in the back yard.

Additional amenities include central air, numerous ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Pack n' Play, and queen blow-up bed if requested. We supply many of the things you don't always find in a vacation rental like nice linens and towels, cloth napkins, hairdryer, spices, coffee & tea. We've tried to think of everything - big and small - that will make your stay as relaxing, easy and comfortable as possible. We also provide guests with a detailed list of our favorite activities and restaurants in the area. And for guests bringing pets, we provide a list of dog-friendly places, too!
