No, we do not offer this option with the rentals of our homes
Why is the security deposit so high?
We like to keep our homes looking good and functional for all guests. We are able to do this with the security deposit system in place. We refund this within 48 hours of departure provided there is no damage, theft or if the home is not left in orderly fashion
What does orderly fashion mean?
We provide you a clean, orderly home when you arrive. Examples of a home not left in orderly fashion would be – loose trash scattered throughout the home, mattresses or furniture moved, major towel stains and towels scattered throughout the home, food left in ovens or grills, sinks piled with dishes, household trash placed in recycle bins and so forth. This is a private home and is not a Hotel or Cruise ship stay, home must be kept orderly or there is a cleaning fee charged from your security deposit.
The resort fee is charge $64.50 total per day, not per person. Ex: 7 night stay, $451.50 + tax for all people staying in the home. Read your confirmations carefully upon receipt

Beautiful house in Reunion

House was beautiful and clean. We didn’t use all the bedrooms but it was spacious enough for several more people (we had 6). Pool and hot tub were great. Pool table was excellent and the movie theater was awesome, especially for the two rainy days at the beginning of our trip! Communication was great. I would say the only minor negative was that they didn’t provide dish soap, counter spray, laundry detergent, foil, Saran Wrap, or salt and pepper. Very bare bones in the sundry department. Not a big deal but we do a fair amount of house rentals and it is a nice touch when they at least get you started with that stuff. Overall two thumbs up.

Everything was broken in the house

Upon waking up on Saturday morning, we noticed several issues with the house. Here is the list: The front door does not close properly and is so damaged that it leaves a visible gap to the outside, allowing insects to easily enter. About 50% of the cables of the home cinema and the surround sound system in the living room were disconnected. My brother-in-law and I had to spend over 4 hours reconnecting everything. The Roku device was not working, preventing us from enjoying the home cinema. We had to buy a new one at Walmart. The toaster is faulty. Several interior doors do not close properly due to broken hinges. The patio furniture is dirty, old, and damaged. The two armchairs in the living room are sagging, and the leather is damaged. The garbage disposal in kitchen was not working, blocked by four beer caps, a piece of plastic, and a small spring. The pool table has two broken baskets. Three dining room chairs have loose legs, making their use dangerous. Broken hooks in the bathrooms. Some electrical outlets are not working. The ceiling in one bathroom is poorly repaired following water damage. The grout in the master bathroom is damaged, also due to water damage. Several blinds do not open. The screens are sunburned and extremely damaged, making it difficult to see outside. Dirty outside windows. Regarding the cleaning, I strongly recommend reconsidering your contract with the current company. From our waking up on Saturday, we noticed that the house was very dirty or

Older than it looks in pictures

Was not fully cleaned. No paper towel/ toilet paper in some bathrooms. Water pressure was horrendous. Movie theater remotes do not work. One of the showers smelled very badly of body odor. The pool and hot tub were great though.

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 10 people (two families with two kids each plus one set of grandparents), and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was great for visiting theme parks and golf courses. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub, and the kids really enjoyed the home theater. We would definitely stay here again!!
