Enjoy the good life with this great home on the Canal! Direct Beach Access street with beach right at the end of the street (less than a five minute walk). Come home from the beach and swim, fish, crab, or boat in the canal from our private dock. Two person kayak available for you to enjoy. Perfect for family reunion, two families, or just one family who likes a lot of space!!

Open living area with bedrooms and baths on both floors. Fully stocked kitchen with solid surface countertops. Recently renovated throughout. Four decks off of the house and private dock to the waterway. New expanded loft with Queen sized sleeper sofa. Game Table and Games in Loft. Puzzle Table and Puzzles provided.

Wonderfully cozy yet spacious beach getaway

Wonderful property and the pics don’t do it justice as it’s a well laid out house for large families as there are 2 full size living rooms (one upstairs) and bedrooms on both floors as well and the bed arrangements are great! House is cozy yet spacious and love the beach vibe and decor. Love the family pics also as it tells a story of many wonderful summers spent here and you can only imagine all of the memories made as you make yours as well with your own family and friends. I was literally looking for openings to secure this property again this summer haha but may just have to wait until fall. One thing is for sure and that is I will definitely be back!

- Too much bric-a-brac for a rental house. - Remote controls not correctly matched to the TV's - 1/3 of the furniture should be removed - Upstairs family room was outstanding space

We loved this home. It had tons of space for our families to spread out. The outdoor space was great and we Loved the dock!!!! Definitely a great house!! We weren’t disappointed.

Family Vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Bum. The location was great and the canal was nice for the boat. The house has a very attractive beach decor and the loft was perfect for the kids to hang out.

Great Family Getaway!

We stayed at this house for two years in a row. Love the decor! Big enough where the kids took the loft to "hang out" and the adults had the living room. We all came together at night to watch movies on the huge TV in the loft. Loved the canal access, the many porches, and the entire vibe of the house. We plan to make it a yearly visit!
