EVERY 4TH NIGHT 1/2 PRICE! Located directly across from East Harbor State Park and beaches. Two upper level condo-style suites newly constructed in 2012 & two lower level condo-style suites newly constructed in 2019. THIS UNIT IS A LOWER LEVEL UNIT (UNIT C). Each unit sleeps 8 with 2 bdrm 2 full bath unit, and free dockage (up to 35' boat). Upper units have a large screened-in deck and lower units have concrete patios and a grass lawn overlooking beautiful West Harbor. Setting is on a quiet marina surrounded by friendly and safe neighborhoods and close proximity to restaurants. Great for families, friends and fishing groups. Fishing charters also available 1/2 mile down the road! Lower level units are handicap accessible. Washer/dryer available in all the units. We also have Boondocks outdoor waterfront poolside bar area that is a low-key setting with live music Friday thru Sunday every weekend (weather permitting). A Perfect Place for Eclipse Viewing!

We rented the condo for its proximity to Lake Erie and the state park and we were very pleased with the location, the place itself, and the communication with the owners! If you like boating, this is your place. If you like lakes, this is your place. There is a bar next door. During the summer season, the pool is right in front of the building. It was a great spot.

Wonderful property

Property easy access for individuals with a handicap, clean and well keep. Location right on the water with a great patio. Will definitely rent again in the future.

West Harbor Marina

Outstanding property! Beautiful unit and location. Property is clean and comfortable, close to restaurants and state park. Bar and pool right there, but we didn't get to avail ourselves since we stayed on weekdays off season. Would highly recommend. The owners are personable and helpful, easily available if needed.

Great Property !

We had a fantastic stay in one of the ground floor units. It was super clean and looked to be recently updated. The location was probably the best spot for anything in that immediate area. Beautiful scenery and comfortable seating inside and out. Highly recommend !

Very deceiving listing

On line, it states each condo sleeps 8. There is a king, a double/single bunk bed and a roll out. To me, that is a max of five IF you have 3 kids and 2 adults. This property comfortably sleeps 3 adults. We had 50+ year people sleeping on an upper bunk bed and a 5'8" long couch. I had to profusely apologize to the friends I brought along on this fishing trip for the accomodations. This is the only bad experience me and/or my wife have had planning a trip with VRBO. Note to self...always contact the property owner/manager to get the full details of the property. Do not rely on what it says on line!

We are a husband and wife team, ages 49 & 48, who have lived in the area for 29 years and 48 years respectively. We have been in the marina business for 29+ years and the construction/development business for the past 18 years. We have built and sold (2) high-end condominium developments and are now updating this marina and these beautiful waterfront rental units.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this marina in April 2012 and are working feverishly to make it one of the nicest marinas in our area. We feel that this location is one of the best in our area given its proximity to East Harbor State Park, West Harbor channels, the Lake Erie Islands & Peninsulas, Cedar Point and the many shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Our condo rentals have a beautiful panoramic view of West Harbor and all of its boating activity. In addition, we offer a boat dock during your rental period at no extra cost. We have also added a low-key outdoor bar area overlooking our marina and public harbor. There may be occasional low-key live entertainment as part of this setting. We also have a "Harbor Bash" that is a large neighborhood parking lot party with live bands on the second Saturday in September. Please call with any questions prior to making your reservation.
