Our art deco apt is located in the heart of vibrant St Kilda. Walking distance to busy Acland Street, Fitzroy Street and the beach makes this a great choice for families, friends or execs looking for the creature comforts of home. Our apartment has been lovingly restored and we are a family so can accommodate your needs, its warm in winter, cool in summer, comfortable, cosy and our modern kitchen has all the mod cons including dishwasher. It is fully equipped as a home away from home. Parking is available on quiet Burnett Street. Although it sleeps 5 adults, we can also add little ones (we have large timber cot plus an additional portable cot).

House Rules: SMOKING - Please do not smoke in our apartment, an area is provided on the communal landing with seating and a table plus ashtray. We must ensure the apartment is comfortable for everyone, including children and anyone with respiratory problems. Smoking inside our apartment will result in losing your deposit plus negative feedback.

OUTSIDE GUESTS - Please note that under no circumstances can we accept extra guests staying who weren't given prior approval during the initial communication stage. For most of the year this is our family home and we live in a quiet block with elderley, children and busy professionals. For security reasons, extra guests, staying without prior approval may result in loss of deposit and an early departure.

QUIET RESPECT - Please be mindful that our block of apartments has both children and the elderly living there. Please keep music and noise to a minimum, saying that if you encounter problems from our neighbours please advise us immediately.

ENVIRONMENT - please turn off lights, ceiling fans and heating when not needed or if you are going out (of course leave the outside landing and hall light on if you are out for the evening), apart from saving the environment, this will enable us to keep costs down and therefore remain cost competitive when you stay next.
