Located right next to the Giant steps ski lift, this ski-in ski-out condo has the best location in town. Underground parking to protect your car from the weather and a dumbwaiter to haul your gear up to our floor. The new resort owners have added night skiing at Giant Steps and a new, longer, faster tubing hill right outside our back door. This awesome location allows you to drop in for a quick warm up, a hot lunch or even a nap. The resort welcomed a NEW HIGH SPEED DETACHABLE QUAD chair lift at chair #2; 'The Giant Steps Express' which reduces the ride to the top from 12 minutes to just 5 minutes - providing skiers/snowboarders more time on the slopes and less time in the chair.

Brian Head is a year round family friendly destination that offers tons of opportunities for all ages. Visit nearby Cedar Breaks, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park.

This Unit is right off the Giant Steps lift and has easy access to ski in and out all day long. Enjoy the terrain Parks and Snow tubing as part of your wintertime fun too.

This amazing, large ,updated, modern Giant Steps 1,400 sq. ft. condo is beautifully decorated and newly renovated. It offers a full kitchen (brand new appliances, granite countertops and new flooring throughout) with all the necessities to prepare and serve your family/friends wonderful meals. The family room has a 46 inch LED flat screen TV, Blue Ray player with Netflix and Hulu capabilities. The loft also had a TV added this year. FREE 12 MB WIFI exclusively for our condo. No more sharing the internet with other condos in the complex. There are three bathrooms with showers. The adjacent clubhouse offers a large hot tub, sauna, game room, washer, dryer and restrooms.

Recently renovated with new appliances, new flooring, granite countertops in the kitchen, and bathrooms, new paint and more. The downstairs has a living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom with queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent bath. Upstairs you'll find two pairs of bunk beds, a futon bed along with an adjacent bath. The wrap-around balcony has a new BBQ and provides amazing mountain views and the ski runs across the street. Summer temperatures average in the high 70's. Sit on the deck and enjoy a cold drink and take in the beautiful view. Cedar City is just 35 minutes down the mountain and is home to the award winning Utah Shakespearean Festival, golfing, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and lots more. Check out the new art museum downtown...... Cedar City Museum of Art!

Summertime offers wonderful opportunities for visitors. There are miles of ATV trails, hiking trails right outside your door, and several fishing lakes within 30 minutes of Brian Head. Brian Head recently built a new lake walking distance from our condo.......catch that fish and get it on the BBQ with in minutes!!! How much fresher fish can you get? For mountain bikers this is the destination spot for many mountain bike tournaments during the summer months.

The Brian Head Resort has been busy planning activities every weekend for guests. i.e. Car Show, Beer tasting, 4th of July events etc........along with the traditional mountain biking there is a new rock climbing wall and a very fun slide for the kids and the kid in the adult!!!

Our condo is fully stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing trip to the mountains. We would be pleased to invite you to our second home in Brian Head!

Brian Head is hidden gem in Southern Utah. The ski resort has beautiful groomed runs, no lift lines, and a nice family atmosphere. Summer and Fall in BH are breathtaking. Beat the heat and plan a summer trip to Brian Head. Check the resort website for upcoming events.

What makes this condo unique

This particular condo complex is the best in town. Right next to the Giant steps high speed chair lift. Covered Parking too!!! Put your skis/snowboards on out the back door and ski right to the lift keeping your car free from snow and ice.

We had a great stay!

The rental had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of supplies. A lightbulb in a lamp burned out and we were even able to find a replacement bulb. Our son was excited about the games and kids movies. We were able to walk to tubing and a nearby park for sledding. The underground parking was really nice and we were happy to use the dumbwaiter to get all of our stuff up to the rental. We would definitely stay here again!

Owner's Response: Thank you for the kind review. We really try to have everything one would need in their own home.... Extra light bulbs, batteries, fully stocked kitchen etc.....The upstairs loft is perfect for the kids with their own TV, movies and games too. The access to the tubing hill and resort is perfect and the underground parking is amazing on those cold snowy days. This is why we picked this particular place for our second home; not to mention the corner unit with a beautiful view of the town and the mountain across the street. We hope you come back and stay again soon! Thx!!!

Clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Our stay at this property was great. It was very clean, there was plenty of space, and we felt very comfortable, we felt at home. Kitchen and bathrooms had all that was needed.

Communication with Vicky was excellent as well. Questions were answered within an hour and Vicky provided detailed instructions regarding checking in and out.

Brian Head condo

Clean and well maintained condo. Garage parking was nice as our vehicle stayed snow free. Only complaint was no elevator but there is a dumb waiter to use. Nice spa and laundry area with game room and covered so no walking in the snow to use. Small place, with not a lot of shopping for food available. I would advise stopping in Cedar City to stock up on groceries and liquor for your stay. The owner Vicky was very nice to talk to and helpful.

The dumb waited was a beautiful addition from our HOA 5 years ago to aid in hauling groceries, suitcases, and ski stuff up to our place. Glad you found Cedar City awesome for shopping. It's best to stop at Walmart in Cedar City for all your grocery needs and also if you drink alcohol then stop at Lee's Liquor Store in Mesquite for the best prices. Utah is a dry state and heavily tax their liquor which anything but beer is only available at "State Liquor Stores". Anyway thats a hint for next time......Hope to see you all sooner than later!

Great condo next to the slopes!

Definitely a bona fide ski/board in, short walk (3 mins) out to base of Giant Steps. Vicky, the owner, is a great communicator and was very helpful with road conditions, questions about the condo, etc. We had a perfect time. Would recommend.

Owner's Response: We love the ski in/out of Giant Steps Condos plus covered parking....only complex in town to keep your cars free of snow/dirt debris while you are able to access the resort on foot of ski's/boards. I always recommend our guests to be prepared with snow chains and download the UDOT app on their smart phones during the winters. Surprise snow storms can always occur in Brian Head. Hope you come again next year! Thank you for the kind review!!!
