About this property

Located right behind one of the oldest world famous monuments, Panathenaic Stadium, next to the Ardittos Hill in the residential neighborhood of Pagrati/Mets, one of the greenest areas in Athens. Very close to public transportation (buses, trolleys and tram), many famous restaurants, food shopping, bakeries, banks, and other amenities but far enough to be very peaceful. You can easily get to Athens' National Park and Zappeion Megaron, (15 min walk), Syntagma Square and Plaka (20-25 min walk). Piraeus and the seashore are easily accessible. On Ardittos Hill you can go jogging and hiking!
One of the things I value is CLEANLINESS and I make sure my place is spotless.
The other thing I value is a GOOD NIGHT's SLEEP and I am confident you will rest with comfort!

SEJOUR À PANGRATI

Super lieu pour visiter le centre d’Athenes. Hyper bien placé. Rien ne manque dans ce logement hyper propre. Balcon très agréable et spacieux. On se sent comme chez soi. Je le conseille fortement.

Great location and apartment!

We enjoyed our stay at Mika’s apartment. She has truly made her home a home away from home for her guests; little touches such as extra toiletries as well as kitchen food supplies make it easy just to move in. The location was terrific; we walked everywhere!

Great Apartment in fun neighbourhood

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Mika's apartment. She thought of everything to make it a pleasant visit and the apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and has a huge balcony, where I ate breakfast in the morning sun and dinner with the cool evening breeze. Mets is a great neighbourhood and full of fun cafes and restaurants. I took the bus (10 min) to Plaka and the Acropolis, and found getting around the city was easy. Supermarkets (and the Friday farmer's market) in the area were a plus. I felt that I was living in Athens, and not a tourist. Added plus: the original pharmacy where Korres products were developed is just down the road. Overall: great location, balcony surrounded by plants was a pleasant retreat, comfortable, clean house. I would recommend it to friends and colleagues.

Stay there - you will enjoy it!

I enjoyed my stay at Mika's apartment very much. It is beautiful, very cosy, quiet, well equipped and clean. It is situated in one of Athens best neighborhoods, just a few steps away from the marble stadium and the national garden. You will find nice cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Communicating with Mika was easy at any time. She is very kind and helpful.

I was born a few blocks from this apartment and grew up very near by. I know well and LOVE this neighborhood! I was walking these streets going to my elementary school with my mom. I used to climb the big wall of the Stadium and play with my friends in the forest. I was one of the first non athletes to run on top of the Stadium where athletes used to train. Eventually, after college, I went to study in America and remained there but I come every year and I bring my family as well. In the past I stayed with my mom. This apartment is my home away from home.

Why they chose this property

When my mom passed away I got this apartment to have a base so I can come back and see my friends and family. NO OTHER neighbohood would do! I was lucky to find this one very close to where I grew up so I have taken every effort to make it convenient and pleasant without losing its old world charm.

What makes this property unique

I like this apartment because its not too big and not too small. Mainly I love the area. It has the most green spaces around than any other in Athens. You can go walking to downtown, to Kolonaki and many Museums like the Acropolis Museum and you can walk to events at the Herodus Atticus Theater. I can find everything to buy from groceries (even a 7-11-7) to bakeries, take out food, pharmacies and other shopping within a 10 minutes radius on foot. Buses, trolleys and taxis are very close by to all directions but the neighborhood is very quiet. The port of Piraeus is easily accessible by taxi or bus and the main metro stations are not too far. What's not to like?
