I see most do a damage waiver insurance can I do this?
No, we do not offer this option with the rentals of our homes
Why is the security deposit so high?
We like to keep our homes looking good and functional for all guests. We are able to do this with the security deposit system in place. We refund this within 48 hours of departure provided there is no damage, theft or if the home is not left in orderly fashion
What does orderly fashion mean?
We provide you a clean, orderly home when you arrive. Examples of a home not left in orderly fashion would be – loose trash scattered throughout the home, mattresses or furniture moved, major towel stains and towels scattered throughout the home, food left in ovens or grills, sinks piled with dishes, household trash placed in recycle bins and so forth. This is a private home and is not a Hotel or Cruise ship stay, home must be kept orderly or there is a cleaning fee charged from your security deposit.
Is the Resort fee charged per person or per party?
The resort fee is charge $64.50 total per day, not per person. Ex: 7 night stay, $451.50 + tax for all people staying in the home. Read your confirmations carefully upon receipt

Great for Multi Family Trip

The waterpark area was perfect for the kids to hang out all day and enjoy the sun and pool. the location was ideal to hit any of the Orlando attractions. Tons of restaurants, shopping and amenities to keep everyone happy. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home, great location

Five adults and two children (12 and under) stayed for 12 days here. Everyone had more than enough space to have their own quiet time, and the great room area was perfect for the everyone to enjoy an evening together. Each bedroom having an ensuite was perfect. The kitchen was nicely appointed and we appreciated the refrigerator having an ice maker. The outdoor patio/pool area was great for hanging out in, with plenty of loungers and a nice view onto the golf course. The location was only a 15 minute drive to Disney which is amazing!
