Dolphin's Leap Beach House is across the road from Doddi's Beach which is one of the best swimming beaches in Mandurah. This is also one of the few North Facing Ocean Front Homes in Mandurah which overlooks the Indian Ocean.

This house is situated in an ideal location and is next door to the Dome Cafe and close to the town centre to enjoy the marina, restaurants, cafe's & bars or enjoy fish and chips on the beautiful foreshore. There are walkways & cycle paths for the energetic, 3 nearby Golf Courses plus Cinemas, Arts Centre, Kings Carnival & Dolphin Quay with its boutique style shops and cafes. Bus & Trains to Perth Nearby.

*Note.. Minimum 3 night stay….sorry no large parties.

Staying at Dolphins Leap was like staying at a private 5 star resort it is so beautifully fitted out, but also incredibly welcoming and comfortable.

There is so much space to accommodate everyone and the views over the water are just stunning. Can't wait to go back…..a really relaxing holiday

Great beachfront holiday

Dolphins Leap has the best views over the bay. Just across the road from the beach and with views of the famous dolphins daily. The house was beautifully presented and had everything we needed for a home away from home. With its very spacious rooms and many things to occupy everyone with (pool table was very popular), it was a perfect choice for our holiday. We enjoyed Easy access to the golf and the town centre and would recommend this house to anyone.

We would like to thank Jill for all her help. The house and the location were great.We wanted for nothing in the house it possesed everything that was needed for a family holliday.We would recomend this property to everyone.The views and location were lovley as were the neighbours,even though we didn't see them because we were out and about most of the time.We would love to visit again and again.

Mandurah is a Beachside town located appox 80km south west of Perth. It is part of the Peel region and Mandurah is the capital of the Peel Region. Mandurah is a fantastic holiday destination as we are surrounded by water. The name Mandurah originates from the Aboriginal word Mandjar which means the 'Meeting Place'. There's plenty to see & do in Mandurah & the surrounding Peel region. Swimming, Fishing, Boating, Snorkelling, Walking, Bike Riding to name a few activities. We have the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre - where you can watch a live show or take in some culture. There are many great restaurants and eating places to choose from. Mandurah is famous for the amount of Blue Manna Crabs & Dolphins that are attracted to the area & can be seen swimming off the local beaches & in the nearby estuary. We have the beautiful Port Mandurah Canals where you can hop on one of the many cruise boats and take a tour. We have world class golf courses & Marinas. Not to mention the many boutique style shops!!!
