Nice house and nice host

I spent an entire week in this house with some friends. The Windmill Complex (this is the name of the house) is very close to Apollonia (2 minutes by scooter and 10 minutes walking) and located in a quiet area. The apartment is composed of two large bedrooms, one big living room and a large kitchen. There are two bathrooms, each with shower. There is also a large terrace where it’s nice to have breakfast in the morning since it looks over the countryside. On the opposite side, there is a beautiful garden with large trees. The house is absolute clean and we enjoyed another full cleaning after three days of stay. I think the house is better than it looks in the pictures in the HomeAway web site: more space and more light. Alexis, the host but also the owner, is a nice guy. He speaks an excellent English, so it was easy to communicate with him. He picked us up when we arrived at the port of Sifnos and took us back there when we left, at the end of the week. He also spent time to recommend the best beaches and the best taverns where to go. A friend forgot something in the house and Alexis was so nice as to ship it to Italy. Overall, an excellent place to stay in Sifnos and an efficient and very kind host. Highly recommended.
