Perfectly Acceptable

The location is excellent if you want to be in a quiet upscale neighborhood. The property is marketed as a luxury property and that's a generous description. It could do with a re-freshening--upholstery was worn and the walls could be repainted--they are showing wear and tear. The kicker was that while we were staying at the apartment, there was a leak in a pipe in the building that flooded the laundry area, the kitchen and study. The local agent jumped right on it to work with the building to fix the problem. It was over the New Years holiday so it was difficult finding a plumber, etc. I was sympathetic--things break, etc.--and I was pleased with how responsive the local agent was. However, we did lose the use of the kitchen for a couple of days (they turned off the water and it was also flooded) along with the clothes washing facilities. The owner never offered any compensation for the inconvenience.

Great stay!

Great place to stay with three of our young adult children. Easy access to several great restaurants and many of the sites. Highly recommend! Excellent communication with Diego, the property manager.

A n entire floor-thru apartment in a terrific, safe location with everything one needs steps away—grocery, laundry, gourmet take out , restaurants, etc. Isewl for a few couples or families with 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half baths. Great place.
