Excellent and Cozy Home

I had friends stay here for a little over 2 months as we shot a movie over the summer and it was the perfect set up for short term living. It had everything it needed and the bedrooms were super relaxing, everyone had a wonderful time

nothing fancy, but met our needs

The owner was friendly and met us at the property to walk us through the home and to give us the code. If you are looking for a place that's updated and wonderfully decorated, this is not your place. If you are mostly looking for a place to sleep while you are running around the city, OR if you are a party of 4 or less wanting to hang out, this is your place. We stayed with our family of 7, and while there was plenty of bed space, living space is really not set up for that many. Living room sits 3-4 comfortably and there are 4 chairs at the dining table. As we didn't spend a whole lot of time other than sleeping here, it wasn't a huge issue. There are a few minor things that could use attention (fan in main floor bathroom hasn't been replaced, bunk bed is quite wobbly, queen bed in upstairs bedroom will sink you towards the middle), but if those type of things don't bother you, then you are good to go. We didn't want to have to get two separate hotel rooms, so this property worked nicely for us, and if those few things were taken care of we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It is nicely located with plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. It didn't take us longer than 20 minutes to get to anywhere we wanted to go.

Very comfortable house close to everything (couple blocks from DQ!). Would recommend to anyone visiting San Antonio
