Upgraded every season for our guests and clean, clean, clean. Located on Laurinburg Street walking distance to the downtown shops restaurants, mini golf and NEW in 2020 Amphitheatre and playground! Enjoy the summer concert series from the back deck or walk over to join in the festivities. Pictures can't show how beautiful this home is. Enjoy all the luxuries and conveniences of home with none of the responsibilities. Don't miss your opportunity to stay in this fully furnished top of the line property. Wi Fi included with all rentals. Enjoy the granite counter tops, large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and extra refrigerator in the walk in laundry room. Livingroom and kitchen area offer lots of space for large groups and families to watch movies, play games, relax and eat meals together. Four of the six bedrooms have their own private bathroom and five rooms offer access to semi-private decks. Property comfortably sleeps 16 adults and 4 children in a bunk bed nook. Head up to the third level widow's watch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and relax while enjoying views of the ocean, inter coastal waterways and downtown. This home offers an extra sleeping/reading nook off the master bedroom with a daybed and a kids bunk bed nook. Spacious enough so everyone will have their own space while enjoying time with friends and family. This canal home has spectacular views of the ocean, intercoastal waterway, downtown and Ocean Isle activities. Just a 3 minute walk to the beach access beside the Ocean Isle Community Center with public bathrooms and a volleyball net. Bring or rent a boat and jet ski to enjoy on your own private dock. Spend time fishing, crabbing and relaxing on your private dock. Leave all the extras at home and let us provide them for you. Beach toys, beach chairs, wagon and gas grill are all included in your rental. A private heated outdoor shower allows you to shower off outside and bring less of the sand back inside with you. This is a property you will want to return to again and again and memories you will never forget. Peak season rates run from June- August. Fantastic, centrally located beach home!

My family and I stayed for an end of summer family beach trip. Their were 14 of us at all different age ranges. We had such a wonderful time and their was something for everyone! My husband and boys brought a jet ski where we were able to enjoy some of the calmer inlet water. The ocean was a quick walk away from the home with super easy access! The host provide umbrella, toys, wagon etc which saved a lot of room during packing. We were able to catch crab and fish from the dock, which everyone loved! The food and coffee shops were all in walking distance and the isle was safe enough to let my 12 & 13 year old daughter and niece ride bikes or walk independently together. The splash pad and playground a block away was a huge hit with the littles! So many amazing things about this home & its location, I’m sure I have forgotten somethings, but you for sharing it with us! We had a wonderful time!

Great Vacation Home!!

This home was a wonderful fit for our large family! We had a large party with 4 couples and 7 children, and there was still one room that wasn’t used for sleeping in!! This home is a large home with enough bedrooms and the kitchen was a great place for everyone to come together! There is a series of outdoor seating arrangements, all very comfortable. The beach was very nearby, too. Many thanks to our hosts. Robert & Alaka, who were available to answer any questions we had!!

A Wonderful Time

This is our second year staying here. We have a large family and the house is perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and the location couldn’t be better. It’s a short walk to the beach, the canal is just behind the house, the park is right next door, restaurants and bars just around the corner. The owner is very responsive. The whole check in process couldn’t be easier.

After years of enjoying Ocean Isle Beach with friends, family and our children we decided we wanted to have our own home to continue to make wonderful memories!

Why they chose this property

We spent a week renting on Laurinburg Street and decided this was the place for us. From Laurinburg St. it's a fun walk to the downtown area, pier, restaurants, playground, museum and most importantly the beach. Park the car and leave it even with small feet you can get where you want to go. Enjoy fishing, kayaking and crabbing off the dock on the canal and if you are feeling adventurous go boating and jet skiing then dock them at the canal. On a rainy day or if you need a break from the beach walk over to the Museum of the Coastal Carolina's and you will not be disappointed. The property is in the ideal location and offers opportunities inside and out. Relax on any of the 5 outdoor porches and for an amazing view head to the widows watch at the top. The best place to watch the sun rise and set with the beverage of your choice.

What makes this property unique

We wanted to be at the beach, but we wanted to get more than just the beach and sand experience. This house gives kids and adults access to much than the beach. You can easily walk to the pier, ice cream shop, restaurants, mini-golf and then head to the beach. Enjoy the day fishing from the dock and jet skiing in the inter coastal waterways.
