This Three bedroom private pool Villa set in a quiet location, still just a short drive from beaches, shops and restaurants. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool area surrounded with a partly covered patio for dining and sun bathing in Phuket's sunny weather. The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, micro, kitchen ware etc.
This luxurious villa is perfectly located on Soi Pattana, a secluded and preserved area, yet only 200m to Rawai's main commercial road.

The space

We have built 40 private houses and one Hotel in Phuket during the last 10 years, and we know what you want during your stay. As a former boat builder, we have created maximum usage of every sq.m of the size.

Guest access

The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is a gated covered car-park.

Interaction with guests

We have a small and lovely team to take care of our guests and villas.
- Noi (Thai) is supervising the cleaning team and as a Thai is taking care of everything that has to be dealt with in Thai language.
- Eric (French) is organising Taxi, Car/Bike rentals, Trips, Excursions, Adventures etc, plus helping with check-in and out.
- Jason (American Overseas Chinese) is a dive instructor but also helping us with communication before and during the trip and check-in and out for our Chinese guests.
- Simon (Scandinavian) is helping with Check-in and out plus other things needed to help our guests.
- Jonas (Scandinavian) has designed and developed most of the Villas we are renting. He is also the first one you will be in contact with when you ask to book and is mostly sitting behind the computer.

All of us will be available to you, and do everything in our power to help you make the most of your stay here through a group chat that we will set up before you arrive to Phuket.

Other things to note

Let me now share a few practical details to facilitate your arrival and your stay.
Children and infants are welcome and we can provide a baby cot upon request. 1 single extra bed can also be added at extra cost.
After youve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us before and during your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 7pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful.
Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa ( (Phone number hidden by -------) THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night.
There is a BBQ in the garden and we provide free charcoal and fire starter.

Electricity is charged at 6 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 300 THB per day. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 200 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
