About this property

Black Bear Lodge is a two story cabin located in the heart of Hochatown close to all the amenities that Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow lake has to offer. It has an open floor plan and sleeps 7-10 people. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed. It also has a bedroom with a king bed and a loft with a bunk bed, foos ball and pool table. The bunkbed is a full/twin setup. Black Bear Lodge also has two bathrooms. The outdoor fire pit and rockers on the wrap around porch along with the hot tub makes for a relaxing afternoon. A charcoal grill/smoker is provided and the cabin is equipped with the kitchen appliances, pots and pans etc you would need to prepare even the best meal. Towels are provided for the hot tub and bathrooms. You will find the spacious grounds gives you plenty of room to roam without neighbors in close proximity. There is also a newly added playground for the kids entertainment along with a new Foosball table.

This cabin is awesome, it has everything for for all age groups

We stayed for three nights, had the best time. Place is Nicely decorated and well stocked, and conveniently located. We will surely come back again. Hot tub is the highlight.

Lovely home

The property was nice & our youngest son loved the playground. The cabin is nice, but we found dishes and silverware with dried food on them. The countertop, kitchen floor & kitchen table were very sticky. Whoever “cleans” this cabin, does not do a very good job. We enjoyed the pool table upstairs, although it can be a little complicated to make some of the shots due to the limited space upstairs. You can’t play on the foosball table at all because it’s tucked into a small corner upstairs. Other than those minor inconveniences, we had a great time. The hot tub was nice. We thought the welcome/go away bears on the front porch were funny. And it was nice to sit in the rocking chairs on the front porch.

We stayed in the same cabin as last year because we liked it. This year it had not been maintained well. Things were dirty and broken. My 4 year old grandson found an object under the bunckbeds up stairs . The cleaning crew needs to do a better job as we are paying a fee for cleaning!!!!!
