Barra da Lagoa Beach is a beach east of Santa Catarina Island. It has transparent waters always suitable for bathing, from an intense blue to light green, with fine white sand.

The community is known for its narrow streets, lanes and alleys, very characteristic of the Azorean culture, considered the largest fishing center of Santa Catarina Island, having capacity to receive on average 50 vessels. A traditional community that still keeps alive the cultural roots, such as fishing and the production of braids (net and lace). In addition, the 4.75 km² of Barra da Lagoa district is in a privileged area, with surrounding hills, embedded between the Atlantic Ocean, Lagoa da Conceição and Morro da Galheta and pierced by the Canal da Barra, the only connection of brackish waters. of Lagoa da Conceição with the salty waters of the sea.

ABOUT THE HOUSE: It is very well located between the beaches Mole and Barra da Lagoa, 1.5 km from each other and we are still 50 meters from the Barra da Lagoa channel (Swimming, Fishing, Diving, Water sports), with three large and airy bedrooms, two with balcony, the three bedrooms have air conditioning. The house has WIFI internet, two bathrooms, one toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary household items. We have service area with washing machine and tank, 2 parking spaces and barbecue.

Imóvel sensacional!

Adoramos a estadia, a casa é muito bem localizada entre as praias Mole, Joaquina e Barra da Lagoa. Perto de trilhas e do centrinho, mercadinhos e feira próximos. A casa estava limpa e organizada, com utensílios e eletrodomésticos básicos. E o Cristiano foi bastante atencioso. Super recomendo!

MUITO LEGAL

Passamos o carnaval de 2019 na casa do Cristiano, ficamos uma semana e não temos nada a reclamar, todo suporte que precisamos o Cristiano nos atendeu com maior alegria. A casa estava muito limpa e organizada. A localização do imóvel é muito boa, pois está do lado das praias mole e barra da lagoa. O canal da barra da lagoa é incrível e fica do lado da casa, uns 50 metros no máximo. Casa fica muito próxima do centrinho da lagoa que é muito lindo. Com certeza iremos voltar assim que conseguirmos. Aconselho a todos o imóvel do Sr. Cristiano.

Muito Legal

Fomos para FLoripa em fevereiro de 2019 e ficamos na casa do Sr. Cristiano. Nossas férias foram muito boas, o proprietário nos recepcionou muito bem. Não tivemos nenhum problema na casa, estava tudo maravilhoso, a casa é muito nova, os moveis e utensílios tbm tudo novo. Casa nos foi entregue muito limpa. A localização da casa é muito boa, praias muito perto, mercados, posto de gasolina, farmácia. Aconselhamos a todos a aproveitarem um pedaço do paraíso chamado Florianópolis, mais precisamente, Praia da barra da lagoa.
