The Space:
Come visit us and stay in this wonderful 3 bedroom condo about 1/3 of a mile from the base area of the mountain. If you already have your lift ticket for the day, walk to the Westwall lift which is just a 5 minute walk away or ride the free shuttle which will take you the short distance to the base area.


This condo is very roomy and has a great layout. On the first floor, you will find the living, dining, kitchen, powder room and a queen size bed in the bedroom with its own bathroom.  On the 2nd floor, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a new king size bed (master) and one with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins).  Each bedroom on both floors has an ensuite bathroom.


This condo is very tastefully furnished and is a wonderful place to relax after a long day playing in the mountains. There is a large outside hot tub as part of the complex to kick up your heals and soak. It's just a matter of a few steps outside your door.

Please note that the hot tub is open year round.

No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.  There are 4 undesignated parking spaces for this condo.  They are all within the Mountain Edge parking lot which is right next to the bldg.

The condo is on a free shuttle route to the base area which runs once an hour.  You can also easily walk up the road to an easement that allows access to the Peachtree or Westwall Lift.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind.

Check-in instructions including your lockbox code will be sent to you 2 days prior to your arrival at 4 PM MST.

The Neighborhood:
Mountain Edge is located next to Black Bear Lodge. The shuttle stops right out front of the complex.

Getting Around:
Best to have a car.
