Damage Deposit
We ask for a damage deposit of $500 ($1000 for longer stays) cash at check-in (Note: this is important, since the damage deposit is exchanged for the house keys). The damage deposit is 100% fully refunded at check-out, assuming no damages.

Photo IDs
We ask you to send us a government issued photo ID with your name on it (a driver’s license or passport). You can just take a photo of your ID with a digital camera/phone and email it to us. We will verify them with government databases. At check-in we also ask you to bring 2 pieces of photo ID.

House Rules
Any violation of these rules may result in loss of deposit.

- Quiet after 11:00PM.
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- Loss of keys will result in a $100 charge (additional $50 if a FOB key is also lost).

Great Stay!

Exactly as pictured. Described accurately. No cable but we didn't need it. No pots and pans but didn't need those either. No instructions on how to operate the thermostat/heating/air but the weather was fantastic and we simply opened the windows. Clean, modern, still felt brand new.Excellent location. Has nothing to do with the property but a strong suggestion would be not to bring a car! We did and found it easiest to simply park it, for the duration of our stay, in an outdoor lot two or three streets over on St. Denis. We would stay here again. Great value and pleasant, helpful owner.

Great 1bedroom Appt in Downtown!

Montreal is a beautiful walking City! This apartment is modern, with wifi, clean & ideal for a short or long stay. A Working kitchen we didn't use. Plus a Washer/Dyer in the unit for longer stays. The Apt. Is near Chinatown. A short (20min) walk to "Old"Montreal. Seconds to Rue St. Catherine and ~15min walk (west) to all the shops and/or underground mall. The City tour Hop on/off bus is ~ 20min walk to the Visitor Center. Parking around the unit is mix: permit, meter (pay via app or at the meter) or outside public parking near Rue Catherine. We got lucky & grabbed a meter spot outside next to the building. The links Amanda sent prior to our arrival were helpful. If you park at a meter spot, make sure to read the meter times. When we visited Sept 2017 the Meter times: Mon-Fri (9-9), Sat (?), and Sun (1-6). Overall: Appt was perfect for our short stay. Amanda was friendly and responsive to all questions. Merci.

Great place ! Great location!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed staying at this place. The apartment was absolutely spotless upon arrival. Cleaner than most hotel rooms. We were very impressed. All the necessary appliances were available. Stainless steel appliances, wonderful bathroom, etc. And our hosts were also friendly and made check-in / check-out easy. Thank you!

Downtown Montreal

Excellent location, only minutes from Old Montreal and the metro station and restaurants. The condo itself is very clean and on a quite street, strongly recommend to everyone Michel &a Michelle June 10th, 2017

Very clean, ideal location

The apartment is well located near saint catherine street and the quartier des spectacles. Ideally located to discover Montréal by foot. The apartment looks like a new one, it is clean and well furnished.
