This huge 1 bedroom + Study, recently renovated apartment in Coogee features 2 sunny balconies, one with views of Coogee and ocean glimpses.
This split level apartment is comfortably furnished with modern, quality items and has all the conveniences you could need for a long or short stay. Renovated to a very high standard, it features a gourmet kitchen with top of the range appliances and stunning timber floorboards throughout the spacious living and dining areas.
The upstairs features a large bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a secondary living area/study. This space would also be suitable for a child to sleep if necessary. On the day of your departure you have to vacate by 10am. Housekeeping will arrive at this time to complete the check out clean.
ALL KEYS MUST BE LEFT IN THE PROPERTY ON YOUR DEPARTURE. If these items are not left behind there is a charge of $250 to replace them.
