35 ft Holiday rambler Neptune sleeps 6 people this RV is parked in the driveway of a waterfront home with a gulf view 100 steps from the Gulf of Mexico, you could rent the RV leaving is where it is parked for 500 per night or have it moved to a location of your choice, or traveling with a driver at 100 per hour. Johns Pass is 1 miles south of where this motorhome is parked with all of its entertainment, shops, and restaurants. Tropicana Field is about half hour away and Raymond James stadium is about 1 hour away. This is a great RV to host a party corporate event or just to go on a romantic vacation, visit one of the local restaurants it's great for a tailgating event and then spend the night in the RV and enjoy an evening in the RV anywhere.
It has a dining area that folds down into a bed there is a couch that folds down into a bed and there is a rear queen bed and storage under the bed and in the exterior cabinets there is one bathroom and shower there are 2 generators gas grill and refrigerator for plenty of food and beverages there are lots of chairs and tables for relaxing and Entertaining . The Madeira Beach area has so many awesome places to take an RV and spend the weekend, Egmont key is 12 nautical miles away Clearwater beaches 10 miles away John's Pass is 1 nautical mile away with all of the restaurants and shops at your fingertips. This is not an RV that you are going to be driving you can leave the RV parked where it's at for $500 a night or you can have a driver take you where you want to go at a $100 an hour rate. The RV can be set up at a location of your choice. For a predetermined fee. All of the gas tanks are full when you pick up the RV and all of the gas tanks will be filled up prior to returning the RV. There is a $1,000 security deposit that will be put on your credit card when picking up the RV and returns after inspection of any damages or missing items.
