Howl-O-Scream is here at Busch Gardens! Come stay in this beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo, 870 sq. ft. that is located at Kingsmill Resort, minutes from Busch Gardens. Located on the first floor, your condo offers a king size bed as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom features a shower/bath tub supplied with fresh linens.
Enjoy a homemade meal courtesy of the kitchen - equipped with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, wine/water glasses, Keurig coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, smooth stove top, dishwasher, and disposal – around the dining room table. Take a nice relaxing walk around KingsMill’s famous golf courses or cozy up on your private patio overlooking Warham’s Pond/the golf course and enjoy the beautiful view.

Condo is privately owned and does not come with access to Kingsmill Resort amenities such as restaurants, pools, golf or fitness center. No washer and dryer in the condo. No room service or house keeping service available.

Less than 5 Miles to Busch Gardens/Water Country, the Historic Colonial Williamsburg, Great Family Owned Restaurants, and Beaches located along the Colonial Parkway and in Yorktown.

Minimum Night Stay: 1 Nights (Only from Monday to Thursday night) We won't accept one night bookings from Friday night to Sunday night.

Utter chaos

Code for entry not forwarded until property managers called while we were on location. Once inside, unit had not been cleaned after last tenant. When manager contacted, we were told that unit would not be cleaned until next day. We were obviously upset and asked where we were to stay until then, and that the owners should pay for our stay at another facility. No reply was given until the next day, when we were told that we could not stay there for the final two days of our stay because we got upset with the managers on the previous day. NO ONE SHOULD EVER RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY OWNER. By far the worst experience I have ever had. Full refund is expected, but not received yet.

Vacation

Very nice unit well maintained - equal to the same rooms when booked though the Resort. (We go a lot) Enjoyed our stay, description of the property accurate and communication with host easy. Maintenace is needed on sliding patio doors -probably just a little oil. Would recommend unit to all - thanks

Good Condo

Overall a good place - clean and as advertised. In line with the rest of the condos in the development , the condo showed some age. The owner "rule" of no shoes on the carpet, which left you about a 3' square to get in and take off shoes was a bit overkill. The heat/ac system is turned off in between rentals, and at least in our case had not been turned on in a while, leaving the condo musty smelling on arrival. If you have allergies that spike in musty places, this is not the place for you.
