Nice Cabin - Great Management
Nice, clean cabin - as with most cabins in area, access road was steep and narrow. The management company (Natural) was superb with terrific follow-up from Lisa insuring that all was satisfactory! Great Job!!!

Short getaway
Everything was pretty much as described. The cabin was clean, bed comfortable and kitchen had basics for cooking. There are things that could be updated/fixed but we were renting and not buying so you take the good with the bad. Perfect for a short getaway. The road up is pretty steep and narrow but not a dealbreaker. All contact with management was great. I would not hesitate to rent again.

Great location… That’s about it.
The cabin is nice enough, but the maintenance and cleanliness was lacking. On the first night we discovered the hot tub was broken and we found men’s underwear on the bed by the headboard. One of the bathroom doors also doesn’t lock if you are worried about an interruption. We told maintenance about the hot tub and they said they would fix it and then we never heard back. The next night it was still broken and we called back and they said they would figure it out while we were gone for the day, which never happened. The jacuzzi in the room was also missing the drain plug and the sides were breaking off of it. While gathering our things before leaving we also found more leftover items from previous guests. The location was awesome and close to pigeon forge, but I wouldn’t plan on spending a significant amount of time at the cabin.
