This lovely villa is located minutes from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your stay in this four bedroom home with two sitting areas, for those who like to read while others enjoy some t.v. Entering the home to the left is the master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. Large walk in shower and spa tub complete this bath.

The open floor plan enables views of the pool and private back yard from both sitting areas and the kitchen. Furnished with comfortable sofa`s perfect for lounging after a game of golf or shopping. Snack at the kitchen bar area or dining table that is just off the kitchen. Behind the kitchen are the three guest bedrooms which consist of a queen suite with shower room that is also used as the pool bath.

Twin bedrooms brightly decorated share a hall bathroom with shower and tub. Swimming and games are a must in this oversized very private pool! It`s large rectangular shape, leaves plenty of room for all to enjoy the afternoon sunshine here in Florida. Grilling is the answer for dinner, with lots of room to dine outside on the screened lanai. Pool can be electrically heated for an extra charge.

3 weeks in the sun

The property is tired, we had to request attention regarding the pool filtration not working adequately. This was immediately addressed to our satisfaction. As were one or two other issues we had to raise including a broken microwave door a non working waste disposal unit and no bbq gas. The property does require upgrading in many areas

Roomy

The house was definitely roomy enough for seven people. The location was great and convenient to get to Venice. The pool was definitely a plus in the warm weather. The kitchen had all the necessities and grill outside. Better beach chairs could be a plus. We would recommend the house to others and rent again.

Good price, but you get what you paid for.

First the good things...the layout of the house is good and the pool is nice. Overall, the furnishings are very tired and worn. The beach umbrellas were lacking pieces, the kitchen supplies were the bare minimum, and only having one travel size bar of soap per bathroom was unacceptable. The house needs to be completely refurnished and given a good solid cleaning. I wish VRBO had a standardized list of supplies so one could know what to expect and not have to run right back out and get things. It also would have been helpful to have a list of nearby beaches in the house. I wouldn't stay again, but maybe it's fine for a bachelor party or something like that.

Perfect family vacation

Our second time renting this house and we just love it! Plenty of room to spread out, great kitchen for cooking family meals, a lovely pool for afternoon fun, and less than one mile to manasota beach that is loaded with sharks teeth! We spent our mornings at the beach, afternoons at the pool, and evenings watching the sunsets! The house is clean and A/C is cold! Travelled to nearby Dearborn street for lunch and also to englewood beach to the Sandbar for food drinks and live music. This location is a hidden gem and this house is absolutely perfect. Leslie Hare, the property manager is accommodating and helpful! We will be back next year! 5 star! We all loved it! BTW, there were 5 adults and 2 children!
